Falling leafes tell us it's picnic time.
@Lillian McMason @Lucille RosenhartIt was a beautiful autumn day. The air was beginning to cool slightly, and the leaves were slowly beginning to fall. It was the perfect time for a picnic. So, at breakfast that morning, he sent an owl-like proposal to Lillian, whom he had met the previous year.
Tori, with her cat Athena following her, began searching for a beautiful spot on the Big Lake. When she finally found a spot overlooking the falling leaves and the lake, she pulled out a picnic blanket from her bag and spread it out. Athena sat on the blanket and watched Tori with curiosity.Hi Lillian;
I met you last year before school ended. We hadn't had a chance to talk much. So I've come up with a nice picnic proposal. I hope you'll accept. Let's meet at the Big Lake at lunchtime.
I hope you accept my proposal.

Tori opened her bag and opened the boxes of sandwiches, cupcakes, pastries, and pies she'd bought in the Great Hall and placed them on the blanket. She placed four plastic cups and a pitcher of pumpkin juice on the blanket. She also had another container of candy from Honeydukes, if Lillian wanted it.

xxxLucille walked slowly around the Great Lake, Daisy May following closely. She had started at the grounds in Hogwarts and just meandered all the way here. She walked staring at the ground, happy to place her feet right where the most leaves had fallen, enjoying the satisfying crunch sound. It seemed Daisy May agreed with her. The cat was darting this way and that, jumping onto piles of leaves and chasing after the ones in the air.
Lucille looked out at the lake, continuing to move forward, and trying to keep an eye on Daisy in her peripheral vision. With the way the cat was running about, she would show up frequently.
Until, she didn't. Lucille realized with a start that she hadn't noticed Daisy May for a minute. She faced ahead quickly and, to her shock, Daisy May had run off ahead. It didn't take long for Lucille to see why. A girl up ahead was setting up for a picnic, but it wasn't the food that caught Daisy's attention. It was the fluffy Siberian cat that accompanied the girl.
Daisy May was a bit too friendly for her own good, and Lucille began to jog to catch up. Her attire was suitable enough, and so she was quite comfortable. "Daisy May! Stay!" Her voice was loud enough to attract the attention of perhaps every student around the lake, but it didn't matter. What mattered was Daisy May slowed to a halt, looking back over her shoulder, only a few feet away from the girl's picnic.
"Come here," Lucille called, softer now, and Daisy May turned and ran back to her. When the cat reached her, Lucille picked her up, cradling her like a baby. She kissed Daisy May's little head, before going towards the girl, ready to apologize.
"Sorry about her," she said, nodding towards Daisy, who was watching the other girl's Siberian intently. She didn't squirm, but anyone could see that the little kitten wanted so desperately to go play with the other cat. "She's just really friendly. She's about 6 months old, so she still has that kitten curiosity." Lucille laughed a little, looking at the two cats, but keeping her grip firm on Daisy May.
