Could we add a rule that if the player isn’t active for like 12 hours the next person is allowed to go (unless it tactically effects them)? Just to make the game a lil faster?

Okay. Yes, that is fair because we don't want to be waiting for too long! The next player can play, and if next round the player still doesn't play then I will remove them from the game.
