wizards chess ( with Killian Elliot )
Lindsey had got a wizards chess set when getting her things for school. She was so happy and intrigued by the set. In the muggle world they had chess but with no magic. She wasn't sure how to play but was determined to learn. She never even played muggle chess.
She pulled her brown hair in a high ponytail and picked up her set. She headed to the great hall. She had on the winter uniform and her black and yellow hufflepuff house scarf. She had a bright smile. her mind wondered " i wonder if someone can teach me how to play wizards chess " she thought to herself.
" sal would love it here how come i'm the only magic one sal would love quidditch as well why isn't he magic as well he is only a year older then me i saw how crushed he was knowing i was magic and not him" she thought to herself .
She walked into the great hall. She looked around everyone was busy talking to their friends she didn't want to interrupt them. She saw a few people she knew but kept looking around then she spotted a Gryffindor boy he seemed to not be talking to anyone so she walked over to him " hello " she said kindly. @Killian Elliot

Killian had a mouth full of toast and a bit of egg on the bottom of his chin. "Hello!" He muffled, feeling embarrassed. He gulped, swallowing his breakfast and wiped his face with his sleeve, then realized he had a napkin on his lap. He glanced at her Hufflepuff scarf and said, "I'm Killian, I see you are a Hufflepuff. Nice to meet you!" Then gazed at the Wizard's Chess board she was holding and he grinned. Killian didn't really have any friends yet, so this might be a good opportunity to be a little more social.
He pointed at her Wizard's Chess set, "Are you good? I've only played a handful of times with my grandfather and he never lets me win. He's really good and all but I don't really know all of the rules."
He took a swig of pumpkin juice and realized he rudely didn't ask her name. "My apologies, I didn't ask you your name or where you are from, have a seat! We can set up the board if you want to play while you tell me about yourself," He motioned to a seat across from him and set his plate to the side.

She smiled and she sat in the seat " I'm Lindsey and i never played before i heard it's not the same as muggle chess like completely different it has magic muggle chess doesn't" she sat the game on the table.
" How do i play " she asked with smile.
" He seems nice" she thought to herself
" Maybe we could play if you want if so could you set it up i don't know how to " she said kindly
" Maybe i could make a friend i don't have many but how amazing would it be if i made a friend here at Hogwarts " she thought to herself. Her round gold color rimmed glasses were on her head so she moved them to her face. She looked like a typical nerd and had a black and yellow bow holding up her brown hair in a high ponytail. Also she nails were done and painted with a sparkly matte black nail polish.
She passed the game over to him and smiled brightly. " This will be fun i hope if not my parents just wasted a lot of money on it but i think it will be fun " she thought to herself again.
