Early in the morning, Griseldis was alone at the Quidditch Training Pitch. She wasn't in her Quidditch robes and only in her Gryffindor robe. She sat on the grass, looking up at the blue sky. The white clouds moved slowly forward to the left and the wind felt cool on her skin. There was no other human presence on the Quidditch Training Pitch at the moment and all she could hear were the birds singing their song. No matter how good the weather was today, she wasn't in a cheerful mood. Ever since they lost their first match against the Ravenclaws, the Gryffindor Team already began to fall apart.

Honestly, if their second-string Beater didn't disappear, things would have been entirely different during that match.  She wasn't saying that they could defeat the Ravenclaws if they still had the second-string Beater, the Ravens were really strong opponents. One of the Ravenclaw Chasers,  Lavinia Cloven. Griseldis had heard from the other students about her before that she was already a Quidditch Player last year, so no wonder she had more experience than her. She showed her amazing skills as a Chaser during the whole game, getting the Quaffle was like a piece of cake for her. And that one-time Griseldis got the Quaffle was when Lavinia Cloven blatched Hugh and Lamik instead. That action kind of hurt her pride after that. And despite being in a dreadful situation, most of them tried their hardest. That was the only thing that made her feel proud of being a Gryffindor.

Normally, Grisleidis wasn't the type of person who would take it badly if losing a competition or a game. What really made her unhappy wasn't that they lose the game. It was what happened after the game. Their co-captain left, a few teammates decided to leave the team for dueling. Griseldis was slightly disappointed at a certain girl who was also fearless like her but it was her decision, after all, so she could only respect her decision and the others as well. In the end, Griseldis was the one who had to tell their captain about the bad news when she went to visit him in the Hospital Wing.

Thinking back about it made Griseldis let out a tired sigh. She let her body fell back on the soft grassy ground, continued to look at the clouds moving forward in a slow tempo.

Today wasn't like any other day. It was the day after the Ravenclaws had won their very first Quidditch game, against a daunting enemy, the Gryffindors. The Ravens had dominated the field from the first second it had started. Scoring the Quaffle one after the other, but it was Neculai who had brought the victory home when he had gripped the Snitch. If he had to admit, it had been a really close one as Lamik had also gone for it.

The Dhampir boy couldn't help but smile. He was happy and couldn't think of anything else then the game. Analysing the previous game, he wasn't all positive about his performance. Yes, he had found the Snitch and secured the win, but he taken too long to do so. It had been close... Too close and he didn't know if the Slytherin team would be better then the Gryffindors, but he wouldn't be taking his chances.

So he now found himself early in the morning walking towards the Training Pitch with his Comet 180 in his hand and clothed in his Quidditch robes. He would be practicing to find the Snitch faster and practice some more in dodging those Bludgers.

Lost in thought he kept walking towards his destination, once he entered the field he was pulled out of his thoughts as he saw someone lay down in the grass. "Oh, just my luck..." The Ravenclaw boy thought to himself. "When I wish to train, I'm forced into interacting..." Sighing heavily he adjusted his glasses as they slipped a bit from his nose. "E-excuse me. Sorry to disturb you, but this is the Quidditch Training Pitch... I mean, it says Quidditch and I don't see you having a broom with you." Neculai's face started to become red as he just realised he sounded very rudely. "A-apologies! I don't mean to sound harsh or anything, I just don't want to see you get hurt is all!"

Interacting with @Neculai Lazar

While the Gryffindor girl was simply enjoying the sky above her, she heard the noise of someone walking towards her. Griseldis turned her head to the side and looked at the person who was now steading beside her. It was a boy with glasses and the color of his Quidditch robe clearly showed that he was a Ravenclaw Quidditch player, but not just any player. She recognized him immediately. The first time they met was at the Dodgeball game and he was the one who hit her with the ball and the second time they met was during their first Quidditch match. "Oh!?", Griseldis quickly sat up and listened to what the Rivanclaw seeker said, she couldn't blame him because he was right that this place was for Quidditch training after all .

"No no, you're right. I shouldn't be laying here at all, sorry about that." Griseldis smiled at the Ravenclaw and apologized, when he mentioned about the broom, that somehow reminded her, "My broom? It's right over there." She pointed with her right thumb behind her, there was a well-known broom for Quidditch beginners that was leaning on the side of a tree not so far away. "By the way...I remember you, you're the Ravenclaw who hit me with a ball during the Dodgeball game, and you kinda pleaded not giving you detention for that, and you're also the Ravenclaw seeker who was able to catch the Snitch before Lamik could." Griseldis then stood up and continued with her speech with him, "I got to admit, you're really talented at aiming and catching. I'm don't think you will remember me at all. I'm Gris, the Gryffindor Chaser. It's really nice to finally meet you in person." Griseldis told him her short version of her name instead of her full name because she accepted the fact that not many people in Hogwarts aside the Professors would remember it. She held out her hand and wanted to have a friendly handshake with the Ravenclaw seeker.
OOC: Really sorry for letting you wait so long for my reply, it's December so I was pretty busy with a lot of preparations and other stuff. But I wish you a happy holiday btw!

The Dhampir his pale, dead flesh started to redden at his cheeks. Not only had he just asked a Prefect, but also a fellow Quidditch player to leave he also insulted her by not recognising her. "O-oh! I-I'm sorry! I-uh. I-I didn't recognise you there! A-as you were just lying in the grass, I assumed that you weren't a Quidditch player as you don't wear... W-well... Your playing robes you know?" Trying to save what damage he had already done or atleast what he thought he had done, the Ravenclaw boy sounded like accusing the Gryffindor girl of not being a real player for not wearing her robes. "N-not that I-I expect for all players to always keep their robes on or anything." A forced chuckle followed the sentence as he tried to not come off as too direct.

The boy's gaze shifted as the Lion in front of him pointed at her broom. Indeed, she had it with her although just sitting there carelessly. "What kind of broom you got?" Not really able to distinct what kind it was from this far his finger pushed his glasses a bit higher up his nose bridge. "A-aren't you scared anyone might steal it when you aren't looking?" What the brown haired Romanian boy assumed or atleast had hoped that the Prefect would've forgotten about their first encounter, she clearly hadn't. "Y-yeah, sorry about that by the way..." Fingers scratched his hair whilst his gaze shifted to his boots. Suddenly she complimented him on his Quidditch performance. Gladly accepting the hand Gris had held out his pale, cold hand shook hers. "Nice meeting you, Gris. M-my name is Neculai Dragos Lazar, the Third. But just Neculai is fine. T-thank you, I did my best you know?" A small smile started to form on his lips. "I-I remember you a bit. I got to admit I didn't really pay attention to how you were playing, a-as I was trying to find the Snitch you know?"
