~ Home Is Where Hogwarts Is ~

The only main reason Agnes ever got to where she was because she never cared what her friends did. Not that ever she had much of them, nor any at all... but she never really cared. It's like she's been going in backwards directions.

Her father had bid her good bye with tears in her eyes while she disappeared through platform 9 ¾, and she swore she would come back. Not too long ago had she been running though the night, anxiety of the wood gnawing and chewing at her ribs. Deep, angry red scars were on the back of her calves, as well as on her knees. Red, and rough booking, but the scars were soft to the touch. Agnes had earned them when she fell.

The cushion beneath her was warm and squishy. No one sat next to her, or across from her, or…anywhere around her. The moving pictures on the “Daily Prophet" newspaper were her only company as she stared at the pastured smiles on the peoples faces.

Today she wore simple black and white makeup, nothing too fancy. She already felt like she had a horrible reputation even though she knew no one there. Food hadn't been her best interest lately, so her stomach churned and ached as the train moved on. Her hair was messy, like usual, her small bangs clinging to her forehead. A long sleeve black shirt clung to her thin body, as well as a knee length skirt that wasn't too flowy.

She would be getting in her robes soon, and the sorting ceremony would soon take place. Rain gently padded against the window as she peeked out. Maybe she wouldn't be as homesick as she thought she would be.

The train screeched to a deafening halt, and Agnes scrambled up to retrieve her belongings. She had already gotten into her robes, and hustled out with many other new students. A rather tall man barked out, calling for the first years. He held a lantern, and led them to where they would get to the castle in a rather special way: Boats. The castle was gorgeous. Nothing like her father ever depicted when he was reading her on the way to the train station. The large, chattering crowd was led inside through cold dungeons, and was instructed to wait.
