Once Lost, Now Returned Pv closed

Santario gave him a soft smile. “If he bothers you anymore please make sure you tell me. I promise you he will be handled one way or another. I promise you I can take care of myself.” She would make a note to confront Kyle first and see if everything lined up and If in fact, it did she would show that she would come to Jake’s defense in the future because these actions were simply unacceptable to her. Silence would settle between them and it was not comfortable. An 11-year-old trying to comfort another 11-year-old in this kind of situation never was even if one of them was acting a whole lot more tough than they were.

“Of course you can go, Jake, you don’t need my permission. Thank you for trusting me and I think your sketchbook may be in need of some new art. Maybe try to relax a little in your common room okay?” She didn’t know what else to say to the boy because although she believed she knew exactly who had hurt him she didn’t want to. She wanted him to be wrong and wanted it to be a figment of his imagination that maybe Kyle was a coincidence. Her gut argued with her on that.

“I’ll see you around Jake and remember I’ll always be there if you need me. Please don’t hesitate to ask.” Santario would then turn her attention to the window and stare out across the grounds trying to distract herself from all of the thoughts running through her head. Next time she sent a letter she should bring her camera with her.
