I feel that. I guess it’s almost 8pm where I live but it was 98 degrees Fahrenheit earlier and had a heat index of 112. Luckily my family isn’t home from our trip yet, so we’ve dodged the hot weather so far.

So i have a question while i'm waiting to be given a mentor. Can I post going to Diagon Alley and getting wand etc, even getting my Hogwarts letter? It would be nice to rp leading up to heading to Hogwarts before I actually do. Also the word count should be 200 or 222? Do i have to add the word count at the end of rp posts? Sorry if it's a bunch of questions. I get excited and tend to want to know everything at once lol

For your first question I think as long as you don't godmod anyone. 200 is the standard word count, though you can make it as long as you wish. Some people add the word count but you don't have to unless you participate in sports, errands, or something like that.
Don't worry, I pestered people with WAY more questions when I was new too.

Yes, you can do those. If you intend for them to be solos, however, make sure to tag it in the title by doing [Solo]. Just make sure you do not godmode other users.

Word count for all posts is 200 words. You don't have to include it in the post, but it does make it easier for prefects to make sure your post is at least 200 words.

You don't have to apologize. Ask as many as you'd like to.
