That sounds uncomfortable. But, yes, that happened to me when my ears were clogged.

Ears hurting isn’t a great thing. It’s super painful and not fun to deal with. Especially when your ears are clogged with water. I think vinegar put into your ear, swished around, then dumped out should help clear your ear. You may be getting an ear infection if it is starting to hurt.

I’ve learned that leaving the vinegar in your ear for about thirty seconds to a minute before dumping out helps stop an ear infection.

Ok.... i think i will wait till the end of the day to see if it gets better... but if not i will use the vinegar! And if that doesn't work then ill go to the doctor

That’s not good, but hopefully you’ll be ok. I have had multiple ear infections in the past and one of them was really bad. I’d say make sure to see a doctor (like everyone else said) and don’t let it get too bad.

Couple things from a nurse:

If your ears are swollen and painful, definitely get them checked out at an urgent care clinic or by your own doctor.

If it's water that's in your ears, really the best home remedy is to put a bit of rubbing alcohol in the ear, swish it around a bit then let it drain. Alcohol will actually absorb some of the water and promote drying.

I have heard of using vinegar mixed with alcohol.

Obviously, don't go poking or sticking q tips into your ear.

And no, you shouldn't normally hear your own pulse. That would be something to address with the doctor.
