Your RPG storyline idea :
Lydia is extremely curious why exactly it's forbidden to swim in the lake. It's a nice lake, and there are at least some months at Hogwarts where the lake should be warm enough to swim. She wants to do a reconnaissance mission above water to see if there's anything obvious, perhaps by taking out some of the boats.

also open to having a rp conversation with an older student wherein Lydia acquires information about the lake

Your RPG storyline idea: @Ophelia Northwell and I need four more tent-mates for summer camp! Just a few more people who know Brookline and Ophelia so we can start our tent thread. I’d also like you to at least try to post once a week/two weeks (I will really really try too!) I get that you’re busy everything, or that you’re super slow with posts, dw I’m like that way too, but I don’t really like when a tent (or cabin) thread is left in limbo for a couple months and it gets closed. Side note: we may (not sure yet) have a few more tent threads (than the main one) that you’re more than welcome to join in! Also both our iNCPs, Peter Smith (mine), and Aurélie Nathalie Duval (her iNCP) will be in the tent as well.
Additional info: Please owl both Ophelia and I (Brookline Quinn). So to wrap it all up, if you’re a person who likes multiple threads with your tent, and you’re friends with either Brookline or Ophelia, then owl us if you’re interested!

Ideas for the 2025-2026 school year are below. As a heads-up, I will not be forward-dating these and will only post them once the school year has actually begun.Number of RPG partners you are waiting for : Any

Years preferences : year one through year five, if your character was born in 2009 or later
Your RPG storyline idea : Are you looking for a pre-Hogwarts relationship? Look no further. Or, perhaps, if this doesn't speak to you, continue searching. Nonetheless, Jessamine tutored magical students in England in foreign languages before taking the job of Runes professor at Hogwarts. She was also a psychotherapist if that would work better. Either way, this is mostly an opportunity for you to say you were tutored by a Hogwarts professor; we could RP it if you wanted but it's not necessary! Just might be fun.
For reference, Jessamine lives in Windsor but would realistically be able to work with people anywhere in England.

Your RPG storyline idea : Is your character taking Runes as an elective? If so, do they like it? Do they hate it with all their being? Do they struggle to understand it? Are they just here for the vibes? Well, I have a few ideas.
1. After-classes tutoring session. This can be peer tutoring or something along the lines of office hours.
2. Classroom thread. This would be a few students + me (five students maximum, I am thinking), and we would do a short class-related thread. It would not cover something in the OOC homework system, instead being something I put together just for us. If there is a lot of interest I can do more than one thread throughout the year.
3. Discussion. This would be in-character, likely also held during 'office hours' but involving more than one student, probably two or three. They'd have tea and pastries and talk about either some aspect of the class or an assignment.

Your RPG storyline idea: Since I was so lucky to join during our summer vacation, it will be kind of hard for me to do any real threads with Darby in the school year yet, especially since everybody's still focused on the previous year and summer activities. Therefore, I want Darby to start forming some of her relationships at summer camp! Right now, she doesn't have any roomies for camp, so I'm looking for some people to bunk with her! I didn't want to just post in the sign up because I want to form long lasting relationships with the people Darby meets in her tent that carry into the school year.
Additional info: Honestly, I'm open to any ideas when it comes to dynamics between Darby and your character, since this will be her first few threads! I do have some ideas:
- An older student who acts as a supportive mentor figure to Darby that she can rely on. As her older sibling figure, they have the role of leading her, a reckless, chaotic little first year, down the right path, or perhaps, into even more trouble.
- A best friend/partner in crime for Darby! The inseparable pair and iconic duo. Regarding this dynamic, I'm honestly open to any kind of character, whether they be as loud and high energy as Darby, or the complete opposite! I just want to find Darby a best friend she can rely on through thick and thin.
- An enemy! The two just can't get along, in fact, they can't even stand each other. Darby's an easy person to get annoyed with, so if your character is easily irritated by people who can't keep their mouth shut, a couple of long weeks of our two characters being forced to live together is more than enough to turn the two into sworn enemies!
I'm also open to any dynamics you suggest! I really just want some roomies that Darby can keep lasting relationships with, so anything works for me. Just shoot me an owl!
