*Courtyard*
Sunday bounced into the courtyard, as really, was there any other way to do it? Her hair bounced with her, flowing in the light breeze that came though it. She smiled to the strangers walking through the courtyard, giving a wave as her accessories jangled. She got many looks, likely because so interesting. And they all wanted to be her friend. But she didn't stop for them, not today at least. If it was any other day oh yeah for sure, Sunday was very outgoing.

However, she was on a mission today. And if she didn't follow through with it, she would never do it. She was looking for a girl, a very pretty girl if she may add. She had this, vibe, about her, one that screamed at Sunday 'You need to get to know me!' As her hair? It looked almost exactly like Sunday's own, Her large boots padded lightly in the courtyard, as her gray eyes scanned looking for the girl she had seen. There was many a doubt in her young mind that she was human. This mysterious girl had to be Part Veela like Sunday.

Was this only because of the hair? Sorta, mostly, yeah. But also, she was pretty. And Sunday liked to think that she was pretty to! Her nannies said so all the time at least when she showed them a new outfit. 'Look at how pretty you are Sunday!' so this girl, whom she had only seen in the halls was like her as well. This was clearly because of some Veela ancestry. And clearly this was- Hey! There the girl was! In a purple dress, the purple remined Sunday of her pygmy puff, Purpleberry. The cutest thing ever. She dashed over to her, the girl was lounging on a stone bench.

Not much room for Sunday, no worries! She sat down in the grass, cross legged and looked up at her with a smile. "Hello! I'm Sunday, your like me I can feel it in my hair!" To further this, Sunday held up her hair in a small clump, pretty much white. And had a smile that reached her eyes, no elaboration. As clearly her twin would know what she meant. "Your like me I just know it, like we look kinda alike to wouldn't you say?" Without waiting Sunday looked the girl up and down. Man. Her twins outfit was boring.

No fear! Sunday didn't have any siblings, but she sure as hell knew that if she did have one they would look out for each other. Like how Sunday needed to look out for this girl, "Your outfit is boring," she bluntly said but still had that smile on her face, Not realizing that her words could come off as mean. "No worries though! You look like my Pygmy Puff so it's all good!" Sunday sadly didn't have any jewelry that went with that on her. So she, like any sane person, reached into her bag that was of course shaped like a chicken today. And pulled out the things to make a bracelet for her twin. As all Part-Veela's had to be related. Clearly.

She started to pick out a few beads, she loved making things for people. It was so nice to do things for others, it would no doubt be the start of her friendship with her twin. She looked up, at her, with wide eyes, no real thoughts in the Tenusa's students head. "I'm Sunday, I go to Tenusa." She beamed up at her. Forgetting that she already said the first part, who cared much really. She had a nice name. "Oh!" She said suddenly putting the bead that she had been holding. "I forgot, what's your name?" If they were twins, and bound to be friends for life, Sunday needed to know the pretty girls name.

The courtyard had become unusually animated in the beginnings of May, the sort of spring haze that settles over stone and skin alike, drifting through the air. Laughter echoed longer than intended, and blossoms dared lean from their vines, curious as children, giggling and blind. To the blonde lounging on the stone bench, it was all a rather idyllic scene. While she hadn't intended to linger here long, the chilled stone bench was a sorely needed reprieve from the clustered crowd of her contemporaries and a lovely place to relax for a few moments.

Yes, it was peaceful day.

Until was of course, until she appeared.

Or. Bounced, the girl supposed, was a better adjective. Certainly, it'd be the first time Evpraksiya used the word to describe anyone apart from her overexcited puppy. What she originally thought was an errant first-year running after a lost quaffle or a misplaced fluffy companion had, in truth, been an overexcited Tenūsa first-year with far more energy to spare on trivialities than she had.

She reminded the Slytherin of Nova, excited over the smallest of things and rambling on about complete nonsense as she sat down on the grass infront of her (this did not help the dog resemblance) brandishing a lock of her hair at her in what could generously be called a friendly manner. Nonetheless, Evpraksiya tilted her head in the same pretense of polite interest she held whenever one of her cousins began rambling on about their newest broom, an amicable smile playing on baby pink lips as she listened to the girl— no, Sunday, insult her. Thrice. Once, about how they were alike, twice when she said Evpraksiya looked like Sunday’s Pygmy Puff, and thrice at calling her outfit boring.

Evpraksiya blinked once, slowly.

She decided that killing one of her contemporaries in the middle of the courtyard would be difficult for even her family to cover up.

With her dramatic champagne curls (which Evpraksiya would admit was similar in shade to her own), numerous pastel accessories, and the ridiculous chicken-shaped bag she had, it left little to the imagination what Sunday didn't consider boring. How the girl considered them alike solely by hair color was a mystery to Slytherin but the funeral Evpraksiya was imagining in her mind for her would be a closed casket. She decided idly, so that the youngest Vinogradova wouldn’t be plagued by Sunday’s particular brand of pastel.

While she didn’t think the slew of insults was intentional on Sunday’s part, she certainly seemed clueless on how to conduct herself among people, so Evpraksiya silently (and incredibly selflessly, she might add) resigned herself to helping a mentally deficient girl navigate the nuances of social convention. Namely, by evacuating the premises as quickly as she could after making polite conversation. This Sunday could be someone else's problem to deal with, there were plently of people running about in the courtyard after all.

Evpraksiya's eyes briefly drifted down to her own outfit, a soft rich violet colored fabric cut modestly to below knee length, heavy white lapels on the top and buttons made from ivory fastening the dress together, her lips twitched faintly at the comment. “Boring?” she echoed, her tone politely inquiring. “Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but I'd disagree.”

“Regardless, my name is Evpraksiya.” Her eyes flickered to the beads in Sunday’s hands, with any luck it’d keep her to the bench while she made her escape. “Sunday, humor me for a moment, what are you making?” She said, ignoring the obvious questions of, 'why have you decided to plague me with your presence?' and, 'how many curses would it take for you to leave?'
