Same! I love listening to movie soundtracks! My favorite kind of music is probably the 80s, but the 70s are amazing too!

Believe in yourself and watch try not to laugh videos to calm down ddo breathing techniques and focuse more on your words than the crowd

depends on what you are doing but, just look at the back of the room. also, try not to fidget and if needed, make eye contact with certain people

if your doing a speech though, sometimes you have to look at people or it will seem weird
