Friendly reminder that cabin/barrack checks are due by the end of June, though if you don't have any campers in your cohort/cabin this does not apply to you. If you have already been approved as centurion/counselor, you should have received that owl from me and will have a general idea of what is required, if not you can go back and read it again or reach out for further questions Essentially all you have to do is look at who is currently on your cohort/cabin list and check for activity, this means they have posted in at least one of the club threads in the past two months -- counselors, owl Korinna Nightshade and/or your camp/activities director(s), centurions also owl me and/or your praetor(s) - the owl can be as simple as "I am [counselor/centurion for this cabin/cohort] ... @name is club inactive" or "all members are active" Please also check to make sure newer members of your cabin/cohort have not been forgotten on the list!

We appreciate your dedication to the club, thank you so much!

Congratulations to our new counselors and centurions, Graci Laren (Cohort 1), Isla Afton (Cohort 3), Derek Alexander Jay (Poseidon) If I sent you an owl about this, you need to reply to the owl to be approved! and should you be interested and your cohort/cabin has an open spot, don't be shy about reaching out.
