Appearance -
Saoirse Has orange-red hair that curves into very bouncy curls. Her hair falls to her lower back. She always parts her hair on the right, exceptions being when she dutch braids it or puts it in a messy bun. Her cheeks are always naturally pink as if she is blushing of embarrassment. Her eyes are like deep blue sapphires, just like her mom. Lots of people say she is the spitting image of her mother. She is a petite girl, having a small build in comparison to other girls of her age. Her hands are slim and delicate, while her feet are rough from all her wanderings. Every so often she will have ink on her face from taking notes on book she has read.

My name is Saoirse Byrne (sea-r-sha burn) but you can call me cookie. I've gotten accustomed to being called that by my brothers and friends. Let me tell you a bit about myself .
I am from Ireland, but I'm sure my red-orange hair and thick accent give that away. I was born and raised in Dingle Ireland. This city is known for its beaches, docks, and rugged terrain, so I do a lot of wandering in my free time. I love to explore the port and see what the ships bring in.
My hobbies and daily activities include a lot of swimming, exploring, reading, gardening and taking care of my family's pets, Silkie the ragdoll cat and Asosi the Irish trotter. I enjoy reading poetry and adventurous books while I sit near the port. I also enjoy baking. I tend to bake a lot of chocolate biscuit cakes, a family favorite.
I love green and blue and green. They are both lovely colors. I love these colors because they make me think of life and freedom. I have always been a free spirit in the eyes of those who know me best.
I am a vegan. Now I know what you are going to ask. No, I don't miss bacon. Yes, there are other foods I eat to get protein. Yes, I like tofu, and no I don't eat eggs or cheese. Yes, I enjoy being vegan.

Family :

I am the youngest of five. Ruari Is my father, Ruari Duleman Byrne, the muggle born wizard. He is a somewhat large muscly man with very curly reddish brown hair an brown eyes. He works in a popular cafe near the docks in dingle. He is in fact a a wizard, but prefers a muggle job. When my parents were only 19, he married my mother, Sybil Lyre McMoya, the pure blood wizard. There was some conflict concerning the marriage on my mother's side due to the fact that she is pure blood, but my father's whole side of the family is muggle, him being the one and only exception. Sybil, my mom, is a beautiful women with straight, silky long red hair, like the fire of a sunset. She has beautiful blue eyes as lovely as sapphires. She was a free spirited young women who was once a proud Gryffindor. She worked as an auror for a while, but that was until she got pregnant with my eldest brother. My father decided it would be too dangerous for her to continue.

My eldest brother Seamus (magical) was born just after my mother retired from being an auror. He is very clever and fun. He is amazing at puzzles and riddles, but uses his skill for pranks. He would most certainly be a Gryffindor like my mom is. A year after, my other older brother was born, and his name is Sean. Sean (assumed non-magical) is more of a quiet person. He and I like to read together. We do our own little book club per say. He is very sweet, but is very defensive about my family. He is very good with animals and has a pet owl named Romulus that my father gave him. He would be a Hufflepuff. Then came Searlas and Seafra. Seafra (magical) is the middle child, but he acts like an oldest. He is a very organized individual, a leader at heart. He loves to come up with his own solutions to problems and hates taking orders. He is very skilled with potions and can master any brew he puts his mind to. I have no doubt he would be a Slytherin. Searlas (assumed non-magical) was born a year and a day before Seafra. Searlas was more of a trouble maker than any of us. If there was trouble, he was always at the very core of it. He and Seamus make a masterful pair for prank wars. My family thinks that had he had magic, he would have made a masterful flyer. He would be a Gryffindor no doubt. But that sums up all of my brothers. By then my mom and dad had their hands full. I was a bit of a surprise baby. Three years after Searlas was born, My mom thought she was about done, but then she started to gain a bit of belly fat. Before long they realized they were having me. When they found out I a a girl, they were overjoyed. As I grew, My brothers and I loved to get into trouble whenever we could.My brothers tend to be protective of me, but I always try to show them that I am a woman of my own and don't need the constant supervision of a million brothers.

I saved the best part of my family for last, and hold on, cuz' I have a story to tell. So, I carry a sack of a dozen cookies everywhere I go. (That's where I get the nick name 'cookie') I have done this ever since this one day I was crying at the docks because Seamus had been a jerk to me. As I was crying, my granny Roisin saw me and sat with me. She opened this basket of fresh cookies and gave me one. "what a lovely afternoon for daydreaming" she said to me. My granny was always a wee bit strange to be honest, but I love her more than everything in the world. She was like no other person I have ever met. She is my Maternal grandmother, so the Idea of magic is not new to her. In fact, she was a Hufflepuff long ago. I will forever treasure the way she cares for those around her. I strive to be as Kind and wise as she is.

First show of Magic-
If I remember the story correctly, My first show of magic was nothing but trouble. As I remember it, I was four, and my brother Sean was in the living room with me. He had been mad at me for one reason or another and threw a plastic toy at me. I got so infuriated that the toy flew right back at him and hit him square in the nose without me doing more than glaring at him. While I was Impressed with myself, My brother was scared and mad. When my brother explained why he had a bloody nose, the rest of my brothers laughed while my mom and dad were a mix of overjoyed and tickled.
