If i'm right, in overseas you have "years" now while i don't know how many, middle school is basically years 6-8. My district specifically has an "intermediate school" which would be years 4-5. elementary is kindergarten i don't know if you have that and then years 1-3. the elementary schools in my district have preschool as well.
