Are you still working at the moment or are you off now? (I.e. taking one of those breaks you weren’t before or finished for the day)

Just finished for the day. So usually I'm allowed a 15 min break during each shift (so roughly halfway during the day). I never take them because that's 15 mins of extra time to get those rooms done, and even then I'm just barely getting them done. Everyone else gets out at 1pm. I don't physically stop cleaning until 1pm and get out until nearly 10-15 mins after that.

Well that’s not great or fair. I think, sorry if you don’t want my opinion, that you would take your break even if you only take 5 minutes, that way it gives you time to think, breathe and do something besides clean. And don’t forget about the good work you’ve done before, the criticism may be hard but it’ll hopefully get better. I guess just get through each day doing your best and hope that it’s good enough, but whether it is or isn’t still be proud of whatever you’ve achieved.

Sorry, if you didn’t want my thoughts but I find encouragement can help in difficult situations but it can also be really annoying. So sorry again
