History/Background Story:
Halston was born on the tenth of September in Brighton, England. She lived there with her father, Sir Duval Wright, and her mother, Chalice Nangelo, and her older brother Marlow Nangelo-Wright. It was just them four for the first three and a half years of her life until her father did the inevitable: he fell out of love. It has been foreseen, because their love and marriage had been rushed. Her parents had met after Hogwarts and hit off in their late twenties, marrying half a year after they met.
Halston's mother went insane, overwhelmed by feelings of heartbreak, betrayal, denial, lost, and many other complexities. Her life had been ruined before, having been cut off from her family's immense wealth because of her academically ignorance, and there had been no one to turn to. Then her mother found her father and also found sanctuary, but that didn't last long, no more than four years. All of this became too much for her mother, which resulted in her attempting to harm both her family and her friends, especially her husband. Everyone tried in avail to help her so they ended up sending her to a mental hospital for wizards, where she resides now.
Two years later Halston's father remarried his school sweetheart, Magdalena Wright-Kildare, and joined their two families. Halston already knew her because she had half-brother by her. In total she has four brothers and one sister, in order by age: Pascal Wright, Gaspar Bramar, Gideon Bramar, Ellery Bramar, and Marlow. Halston Wright is the youngest.
After marriage, her step-mother's family came to live in her father's manor in Uttoxeter. Luckily the woman never treated her poorly, either ignoring her like the rest of her family or living her at a distance. Halston was always abnormally quiet growing up and people learned to just leave her be, because she never was one for conversation, unless it was interesting to her.
Every now and then Halston visits her mother in the mental hospital. The woman doesn't want to harm her anymore and Halston has come to find her as one of the only people she can confide in. Her mother doesn't speak much anymore, like she's in a trance but Halston doesn't mind.
