Attention all Centurions and Counselors! If you are not a centurion or counselor (or lieutenant ) this does not apply to you, but read on if you're curious

Cabin and Barrack checks are due by the end of June (in ten days). If you have already been approved as centurion/counselor, you should have received that owl from me and will have a general idea of what is required, if not you can go back and read it again or reach out for further questions Essentially all you have to do is look at who is currently on your cohort/cabin list and check for activity, this means they have posted in at least one of the club threads in the past two months -- counselors, owl Korinna Nightshade and/or your camp/activities director(s), centurions also owl me and/or your praetor(s) - the owl can be as simple as "I am [counselor/centurion for this cabin/cohort] ... @name is club inactive" or "all members are active" Please also check to make sure newer members of your cabin/cohort have not been forgotten on the list!
