Crying and Crumbs... Open Closed

Kapono often reminded himself that he would EVENTUALLY get to see his parents again, but for some reason lately it hadn't been helping. He had no idea why, and no idea when it would start helping again, nor did he know if it would ever start helping him again. That's what scared him the most.

Kapono tended to be the sensitive type of kid. The kind that cried whenever it was appropriate, instead of holding in all of those bad steaming emotions. Yeah, he had emotions, BIG SURPRISE! It wasn't really common for an eleven year old boy to be this sensitive. Kapono wasn't like any other boy you'd ever meet.

Why?

Because any other boy wasn't this...how would you say it? I don't know? He prefers staying inside on a cold winter night, drinking hot chocolate with anyone he can snuggle with. He'd rather stay inside on any day actually and help with dinner instead of being out in the garage fixing the mini-van. He was more girly than boyish. I mean, yeah, he liked SOME guy stuff, but not the usual stuff.

So anyways, today was just not Kapono's day. He seemed to be having these kind of days more and more often. He didn't know why, but he just wasn't feeling to good.....probably a bad case of being homesick.

So, first, whenever he had woken up, he had LITERALLY fallen out of bed, and bumped his head off of his nightstand. It had hurt, but not as bad as stubbing his toe on the skateboard sticking out from underneath his bed. Things went okay from there as he stumbled over to his trunk, threw on a pair of red sweat pants and a black, loose hoodie. He then headed down to the Great Hall. He suddenly got all upset right before he walked in, realizing that the reason this hoodie was so loose was because it was his father's hoodie. He started crying, walked into the Great Hall, puffy, red eyes, streaming. He kept sniffing, and wiping his eyes, making it obvious to everyone in the Hall that he was crying.
