┏ ┓ Tori mentioned her name being original, and Promise chuckled at her comment to Simon's name. The girls talked a bit more about there studies as time passed and Promise eventually decided she needed to focus on her homework. Promise saw a new girl approaching, at first, she didn't recognize her. When she got close enough, she suddenly realized they had met before, near the kitchens, what was her name? Pamela, wasn't it? Pamela introduced herself, "Oh! Hi, Pamela right?" She smiled as she remembered there encounter with her near Christmas time. For a bit of time, they sat there in silence until another student approached, he looked to be a first year, and by his robes, a Slytherin. He introduced himself as Sebastian, and Promise introduced herself as well. "Hi, I'm Promise, feel free to join in." She looked to the other girls as well, she didn't want to make decisions without Simons approval, Simon had sat first after all. She looked back to her page, but only for a few seconds before a new girl came along as well, she asked to join as well, and Promised looked up to respond. "Yeah, of course." She looked around, seats were filling up fast, there little study group was getting popular. With all these new people, they were losing seats and time to study, Promise dipped her quill in some ink, scribbling some answers, and silence fell over everyone. ┗ ┛

While doing homework, she stood up hysterically when she heard a familiar voice. She felt her hair turn from grey to dark red. She immediately felt embarrassed and sat down. She popped a piece of chocolate into her own mouth and tried to pull herself together. At least she was free of her gray hair for a while.

Tori sat down just as quickly. She shook the parchment paper and quills on the table as she sat down. Without saying anything, Tori buried her face in the History of Magic book that she would never like. She ate a piece of chocolate to calm herself down.

Hearing the new kids' voices made her realize she had fallen asleep. She lifted the book from above her head and looked at the newcomers, trying not to make eye contact with Pam.

"Of course you can join. If the others don't mind of course. My name is Victoria. Nice to meet you."

She spoke while still trying to recover. She looked at his other friends. She waited for their answers. She looked at Pam. She e had met her once before, outside of correspondence, at the Great Lake, but she had unwittingly followed her for a while.

Two other Students walked up. one of them Simon had met breifly, the other was a totally new person. He introduced himself as Sebastian. The other student was.. Ruby? Yes, that was it. "Feel free to join us!" Simon yipped. She stood up from her seat, and went to grab two more. (all the chairs were now taken)
She came back, struggling with a chair in both arms. She clunked over, getting many annoyed SHHHs from other students trying to study or read.
"Whew. Here, two chairs." Simon set the chairs down and sank into her own, looking around. "Do we need a bigger table? Our numbers are growing." She noted. There was still plenty of room, for everyone that was already in the group but if someone else were to join them.."
Victoria's hair had gone back to it's red. How had Simon not noticed? It was a fiery color, hard to miss.
Simon decided to put her had down for a minute or to. She closed her book, and used it as a platform, crossing her arms over it like a pillow.
She shut her eyes, expecting to just sit there, but the hum of everyone's voices was calming.
She didn't fall asleep asleep, but certainly felt more energized when she sat up again.

Speech -- Thoughts

Pam set her books down on the table as two others stepped over to join them. She didn't know either of them, the girl introduced herself as Ruby and the boy as Sebastian. The table is almost filling up, she noted. If someone else decided to join them, it would become a pretty tight fit.

Promise seemed to take a few minutes to remember her, and Pam was admittedly torn between wanting and not wanting to be remembered. Then again, she figured that she was the only one who had actually felt embarrassed about the situation in which Promise had found herself. It was best to not think about it much.

Victoria's hair had taken on the familiar dark red that it had last time the two girls had met, and Pam had to stop herself from letting her amusement show on her face. She found it endearing how awkward the girl was around her, although it gave her some serious thoughts about how bad her own situation would be if she ever developed an attraction towards someone.

Dark, embarrassing thoughts. Do not engage.

She glanced around the table, wondering if she should start a conversation. Sure, they were in a library so ideally no conversations but oh well, who listens to rules. So she whispered, her voice soft, "What's everyone working on?"
