When Gris mentioned Chemistry that reminded San that she had wanted to bring that up too. “Dale put the book down you’re not going to get studying done right now. Make some new friends.” She teased him lightly before finishing her cake. “In all seriousness is that what you were telling me about in the library that one day?” She looked over at Gris who seemed to be really interested in whatever it was Dale was reading. Although San was smart and she could probably catch on to the topic she had never actually looked at it, but from what she remembered Dale said it was like potions… Kind of.

She angled her head to look up at Kyle’s face and seeing his smile made her smile in return. It wasn’t often she got to see him genuinely happy around anyone other than her. This truly warmed her heart even though the air around her kept her chilled. Though she did find that he seemed to be naturally warm, and even through his jacket she could feel the heat coming off of his skin which helped stave off of the cold. Even if that is not why she leaned against him in the first place. “I met a creep in my common room today… Which is why I am up here in my pajamas being cold. Rook was the first person I could think of to find and so naturally I came and hid behind him.” She made it sound a little less serious than she thought it was. It was also true San was not dressed for the temperature sitting in only a t-shirt, cloth shorts, and ankle socks.

San was far less formal with her speech when she was with people she liked. All three of them would have experienced a time with her when she had been overly formal with either them or the people around them. However, here and now they were finally experiencing a true to heart San and it made her happy that she finally had people that she could be around.

While listening to their conversation, Griseldis didn't forget to eat a mooncake herself and picked the black one. The black mooncake was filled with black sesame. She took a small bite and the taste of sweet sesame reminded her of the Chinese Lantern Festiva. The Chinese people made a dessert called Tang Yuan during the celebration. It was sweet rice balls with sesame filling and were dipped into warm ginger syrup. She missed that a lot but wasn't so sure if the House-elves were been able to make this kind of Chinese dessert.

When Dale learned that she knew what chemistry was he seemed slightly surprised. Well, only Muggle-borns and Half-bloods knew or at least were taught in Muggle's schools. Seeing the fact that he was reading about chemistry meant that he was no doubt a Muggle-born or a Half-blood. Then he told her that his school never did any chemistry experiments which somehow surprised her, "Huh? Really? I thought all schools do chemistry experiments like a common thing...so it was your dad who taught you everything? That's so wicked! And no, my father is a Pure-blood English Wizard and my mother is a Chinese Muggle-born which makes me a Half-blood." Griseldis explained to him with a proud smile on her face. She got to admit, being born a Half-blood you were able to know and live in both the Wizarding World and the Muggle World. "My father is a Potioneer and my mother is the owner of a Chinese Restaurant "Red Panda's Palace" which is located in my hometown Bridgwater. You guys are welcome to come visit my mother's Restaurant during the summer holiday, the Chinese food there are super delicious."

Everything was quite nice until San told her that she was hiding from a creep she met in the Slytherin common room. And that was the reason why she had the Captain with her and stayed in the Great Hall in only her pajamas. "What? A creep? Do you know the name of the person? I'm a Prefect and can inform the Head of Slytherin about this." She asked San in a serious tone which might be a bit rare for others to hear her like this. Knowing there was a person who was being creepy towards her new friend made Griseldis frowned. She didn't like it when her friends were in trouble and wanted to help if she could.

Kyle looked to Gris as Santario explained the reasoning to coming to the greathall the way she was, While his first instinct was to tell his team mate and house prefect who the person was that bothered San there was two reasons he did not. The first being this was Santario's situation. If she wanted to tell more people the nature of it and the person that was her choice, not his. The second being he planned on tracking down this creep himself and the punishment he would dole out for harassing and scaring his friend would be much worse than a detention.

He let out a long slow breath and when he breathed back in the smell of Vanilla and Almonds came over him once more, over the smells of everyone else around him. It was a scent he had become so familliar with and accustomed to on more than one occasion he passed by the kitchens and stepped inside hoping to find his friend only to see the staff cooking deserts. He wasn't sure if it was because he was a werewolf or because of his growing feelings towards the raven haired girl but her scent calmed him, and he was sure that with it he could probably find her anywhere in the school if the needed ever arose. Though the thought of tracking someone down like a dog does sent a shiver down his spine which he shook off slightly not wanting to disturb Santario as she leaned on him.

Gris seemed a bit surprised that Dale didn't do many chemistry experiments at school, it must be a very common thing then, maybe Dale's old school was the odd one out here... When Dale told her that his dad taught him almost everything he knows about the subject, she used the term "wicked" that brought a smile to his face, she went on the explain how her father was a pioneer and her mother owned a Chinese Restaurant. Gris seemed more... familiar than anyone he had met so for, during his two years at Hogwarts, it was probably thanks to her being a half-blood. "Oh, a Chinese Restaurant! I love Chinese food, although I'm not quite sure where Bridgewater is... But I'm pretty sure it's pretty far from where I live."

Dale turned his attention over to Santario who told him to put his book down and try to make new friends, Dale smiled lightly and said "Fine, ill procrastinate even more, you're really promoting bad behaviors here." Dale said while shaking his head, "Yeah it is" Dale answered Santario's question, He picked up the book and showed her the cover, it was simple on, no art, just a black stripe across the front with the words "Chemistry in the house" written on it. "Its an old book I borrowed from my dad... I'm pretty sure it's older than him" Dale said, only half-joking. Santario explained why she was wearing her pajamas, there was a creep in the Slytherin common room, Dale never went to the common room, in fact, Dale rarely went to his dorm, only for sleep, and even then somedays he would sneak out and sleep by the lake. "Who was this creep?" Dale asked with concern in his voice, he really hoped Santario wasn't in any trouble, "If you want I can walk you back to the dorms... I have to go there anyways."

Santario sat up straight and grinned at Gris. “Visiting your family's restaurant would be lovely! My grandmother in Ireland owns a bakery so if any of you are ever in Wicklow you should visit The Snack Rack. My grandmother’s desserts are divine!” She would then wrinkled her nose at Dale. “Nothing wrong with having a little fun every now and again.” She would listen to the two chat about chemistry noting that Kyle was being silent which she found a little strange but not so out of character. Perhaps he was getting tired? It was starting to get late.

Gris and Dale then both inquired as to who she was referring to. “He didn’t technically do anything wrong in the school. Otherwise, I’d bring it up to my prefects and Professor Jensen. His name is Aeyrun Whitehall. We had an altercation probably a couple of years ago, but he just acted very strangely tonight so I left. He is an odd boy and I’ll just make sure we are never alone in the common room again.” There was more too it than that but she wasn’t just going to go spouting off her family history and what kind of connection it was possible for him to have with that. They didn’t need to trouble themselves with that.

When Dale offered to walk her back to her dorm, she would give him a nod. “Yes, I would appreciate that very much. I’m sure he won’t be there anymore but It doesn’t hurt.
