Yum!
Eleanor was sweating. She was carrying all her books because her father had gone to The Leaky Cauldron to meet up with his old school friends. She crashed to the ground when a tall wizard with a long gray beard slammed into her. Her books tumbled over the crowded cobblestone street.
"Hey!" she exclaimed indignantly. He kept walking, ignoring her. She needed to get out of here. She gathered her books into her clumsily patched bag.
She glanced up. There was a shop not far down the road with brightly colored umbrellas. Underneath a sunflower yellow umbrella was an open table. She ran to it panting.
"Can I help you, miss?" Eleanor spun around to find a man with ice cream stains down his magenta apron. "I work here, miss. You seem lost, do you need anything? If you do, I'm here to help."
"Eleanor!" She heard her dad's voice call. "Where have you been? I've looked everywhere for you!"
"Sorry, dad. I just needed to get out of the street. By the way, can I have some ice cream?"
"Sure honey, what flavor?" her father asked. Eleanor looked closely at the brightly colored menu. There were so many options!
"I'll have the raspberry flavored ice cream." The color of the ice cream reminded her of the man's brightly colored apron. It tasted just as good as it looked. Eleanor looked at her father, "Thank you," she said. She took a large bite. Yum!

Yum!
Kristen looked around Diagon Alley. He had just finished converting some of his muggle money into galleons, and was unsure what to do first.
He knew he was meant to use the money to buy his books for school but, truth be told, he didn't really care. There were so many more interesting things on the street, and he wanted to get something fun first.
It wasn't like his parents could stop him. They had decided to stay in The Leaky Cauldron.
He walked up and down the street, not sure what shop to enter first. There was a shop dedicated to this sport called quidditch. He didn't know what Quidditch was, but he thought it must be good as there was a crowd of people looking in the window. He pushed through the crowd, to get a look at what was in the window.
Holy crap. It was a broomstick. Since the entire street was full of magic things, Kristen assumed it was a flying one.
He entered the shop. The Brooms were all way to expensive for him, except one in the corner called a bluebottle. It didn't seem that good, but it was a broom that could fly. He was definitely getting it.
As he walked out of the shop, new broomstick in hand, he spotted another shop across the street. Florean Fortecue's Ice Cream Parlour.
MAGIC. ICE CREAM.
He ran across the street and into the shop. He looked at the menu full of different flavours.
One caught his eye. 'butterbeer ice cream'. That sounded good enough, so he bought it. He then sat in a table near the window on his own, and began to eat.
