Yes. So, the change is that you can do Charms homework by stating your name and saying that you have the prodigal charms ability. You can do that every year, right through graduation. You can also use it to not have to complete the OWLS and NEWTs for the class (which are separate from the Year 5 and 7 lessons).

You also get 1 restricted charm. IDK how they are implementing that at this time.

I think if you don't have a 1st year ability. some people are inactive so sometimes they write up three or four at time for each year of course
