Slytherin vs. Hufflepuff
Reid was trying to kill her, she knew it! She was more interested in getting Reid taken out than getting back to the safety of her broom. The part Veela had a one-track mind and presently it was entirely dedicated to Reid Kovacs. One would have thought that it was rage that drove the partially insane teen but there was something stronger than the madness and wrath that compelled her, it was her want to get back something that she lost. Her 'friend' had been missing for months and she believed that Reid was either behind it or he was covering it up. She did not understand the complex relationship the death witch had with the part Giants but in the end it did not matter - everyone had the same ass to kick, just some asses were a bigger target than others.
She needed to get back to her broom as soon as possible. Unfortunately @Reid Kovacs was on the hunt. She looked back and saw his bat make contact and with a mighty crack the bludger was sent hurdling in their direction. It was inevitable and Erin braced herself for the eventuality, powerless to evade as a passenger on her fellow Slytherin's broom. It was this sinking feeling that this was as natural as gravity, that there was nothing that she could do to change that. That she could not even try. It was a frustrating sensation as she shouted "Incoming!"
Bridget was hit hard, Kovacs played rough. The poor girl was knocked from her broom and control of the broom was lost. Without the shaft of the broom to hold her aloft, the Slytherin fell as well. Calmer this time, not because there was a lack of fear but because the fear would make no difference for the fearless youth. Fear is meant to be used, to benefit someone, to help them survive. Fear would not save her from the hard ground, but @Nico Shymane would.
She did not expect a second savior. While arrogant as always, there was a sense of guilt as someone came to her rescue a second time. She had become the target of Reid's assaults and she knew it. She deserved it of course. There was a sense of gratitude hidden beneath it all as well as distrust when she realized who had saved her. It was @Alex Cloverfield's interest. She was happy for him, glad he had met somebody being a... well... poorly-blooded (that was probably the politically correct term for it) wizard. He was dating well finding her. She just did not trust her, she was a Prefect. Probably in on it but she had not proven it yet, she did not want to. If she did, she would have to take the Slytherin girl out and break Cloverfield's heart.
She would be the last to die...
So she reasoned as she muttered a gratitude, "thanks..."
"He is probably going to target me again, I pissed him off," she explained in as few words as possible. Nico looked about as durable as a wet paper bag, easy for Erin to beat down and incredibly easy for someone like Kovacs to kill. That is if they were not allies. If the game was more important that their affiliation. "Help me take someone down," she meant Reid but did not want to say that.

Slytherin vs. Hufflepuff
Thora continued to stare straight up, her tension bunching up all her muscles. As another Hufflepuff Chaser tried to score and Koko blocked it again, Thora joined Koko's cheering, "Great job, Koko!" she yelled. She hadn't actually joined the Quidditch team out of interest, but so that she could be involved in something. Even though she hadn't had a chance to play in an actual match yet, Thora found that it really brought out something in her. If it weren't for the battle raging overhead, the Slytherin would've been aghast to hear herself yelling at louder than her typical talking voice.
Thora squinted as she saw a Bludger flying full speed towards... Bridget? That wasn't good. The Bludger slammed straight into her friend, sending both her and Erin flying. Thankfully, Elena and Nico caught them as if they had planned the whole play out. "Go Slytherin!" she yelled again as she kept watching. Apparently, the other team's second string seeker had already found the Snitch? Seriously? It had only been one round. Thora was about to send Dan some words of encouragement when Santario yelled. Okay, she could just leave it to her, then... One of the third year Chasers--Alexx--managed to slam into the Puff's Beater. As the other team's seeker flew through the sky and was caught by another of the Badgers, Thora breathed a sigh of relief. Thankfully, no one had ended up horribly twisted on the ground yet.

This was getting ridiculous. WHERE WAS THAT DAMN SNITCH?! This came so easily last time. Why was it so difficult this time? Everyone else was doing their best to buy him time to find it, and here he was, completely blowing it.
Dan struggled to maintain focus. This was not the time to berate himself for taking so long. That would come later. Now was the time to find the stupid snitch before the Huff n Puff caught it.

And here went the next round. Once more, Koko succeeded in blocking the Hufflepuffs from scoring. She was absolutely incredible.
'Yeah! Go Koko!' Nico could barely contain herself. This shy, blonde Slytherin had more in her than she showed before. A real powerful ally to the team.
But the little dhampir couldn't celebrate for too long because one of the Huffelpuf Beaters managed to sent the Bludger to their direction. 'Frick...'
It wasn't aimed at her, but at Slytherins Beaters. The defense and offense of the game. Shoot. Before she knew it, they both dropped of their brooms. Instinctively, the redhead rocketted down to swiftly catch one of them. Erin. @Erin Ryan
Last time she actually saw her was at this weird illegal Potion Room party. This Erin always had a strange presence. Not that she had an actual aura... but she just seemed ... odd. Different.
Erin thanked her. It kinda took Nico by surprise. Even the smallest gratitude made her heart bloom.
'No problem. We're a team.' Abit uncomfortable, Nico gave the purple haired girl a lil more space on her broom. For some reason, she couldn't help but feel like this girl could easily throw her off her broom. But she wouldn't... right? 'He hit you pretty hard. You okey?'
As she said that, her ice blue eyes glanced at the big Hufflepuf. He was... big. Kinda like Hugh.. or Quinn. Alot of muscle. Dangerous for a petite girl like her.
'I got your back. I'm pretty swift.' With a polite nod, Nico flashed a warm smile at her. She wasn't sure if she was referring to the big Hufflepuf Beater or if she meant someone else. Guess she'd have to wait and see.

Slytherin vs. Hufflepuff
Damn. It seemed as if Hufflepuff's other Seeker already knew where the Snitch was, and Slytherin was... Not close. Not at all. Koko was pissed off at the fact that wherever the damn object was, Dan wasn't looking at it - but she knew it wasn't his fault. Still, that didn't mean that she couldn't be frustrated. She actually was pretty frustrated, now that she thought that Slytherin wouldn't win.
Koko circled the goalpost, wondering if there was any way to help Dan. Maybe... Just maybe there might be. Koko certainly hoped that there would be.

Annie held her breath as she took possession of the quaffle yet again. As she raced down the field, her yellow robe streaking behind her, she glanced around her surroundings before returning her attention to the goal. She made a better attempt at trying to score a goal but still it got blocked by Koko. The Chaser gave out a frustrated sigh but quickly shifted her position on her broom and glanced around the field. How unlucky could she get? Annie made a note to have personal training with Saskia later.
She then glimpsed two green robes fall from a broom before getting picked up by other teammates. She smirked and gave whooped. "Good job Reid, that'll slow em' down!" Out of the corner of her eye Annie saw another figure joined on Dawn's broom and realized something must have happened.
Noticing the figure was their Seeker she called out. "Nice catch Dawn, hang in there, keep looking for the snitch Serena!" The Chaser nodded her head before resuming her position, eyes locked back onto the quaffle. Her hands gripped the broom handle as she sped off after it. No goals were made yet, a few close attempts at grabbing the snitch were made but unsuccessful. Man Quiddich was eventful...

Elena watched as Bridget and Erin fell, then swooped in to save the former from a trip to the hospital wing. Quidditch was a remarkably dangerous sport when you thought about it, and it was all the girl could do not to take Bridget straight to the nurse anyway, it must've hurt a bit to fall off your broom. I mean, gravity is not kind.

She was falling. Bridget was falling through the air, the ground spiraling ever closer by the second. She was going to hit the ground for sure and pay yet another visit to the Hospital Wing, when all of a sudden there was a flash of blue hair. Elena! The Slytherin Chaser had expertly caught her out of the sky and kept the small girl in the game. Although with Erin (who had luckily been caught as well) doubled up too, Slytherin was definitely at a disadvantage, but the brunette was still grateful for the saving.
"Thanks, Elena," Bridget said, wincing slightly. That bludger, which she hadn't even seen coming, had hurt quite a bit, but at least she hadn't hit the ground too. With one hand gripped tightly on her teammate's broom and the other clutching her beater's bat, Bridget put the past play behind her and prepared for whatever Slytherin had to do next to win this Quidditch match.

Alexx wasn't at all surprised that she got called on it. But she was at least proud of what she had done, even if it was to little avail. Serena could have snatched that snitch in a matter of seconds, and the game would be over. Today, Alexx had done the team a great justice. Now it was time to pay the price for that. And thus, Alexx began her lap around the field, trying to keep her eyes on the game as much as possible.

~ * ~Ruby smiled as Koko saved a goal yet again. Alexx managed to knock the Hufflepuff seeker off of her broom, giving Slytherin a bit more of a chance to find it. Her smile turned into a frown as both of their beaters went down. Even so, Elena and Nico smoothly caught both of them – a nice show of teamwork. There was still a chance for them to win.Action: Watching and ready.~ * ~
