Well...

I had to take out nearly two full rubbish bags of stuff out of one room because the last occupant didn't take it with them. Honestly, there was enough stuff there for me to think they hadn't moved out yet

I've had yellow stains on the shower, the walls (which are white! ), I've had to remove blockages of hair from shower drains, I've had black shower floors, I've had entire desks completely blanketed in dust, I had one instance where dried up chewing gum was almost impossible to get off the inside of the pedal bin... The list goes on.
