I chose the name because it reminds me of warrior, which is a concept so distant from the frail and minute Ruth
It was also funny to understand that since her surname starts with W, she got the be one of the last children called during the Sorting Ceremony!

That's adorable. I love when a characters name has a meaning!! I actually chose the name Warren because of the coin germ 'warrior' as well. Plus, Warren is a unique and not so common name. It's fun!
As for Kirkland... I like furniture stores.
