It does not matter if they have done it for you, if they have done other favors, or if you feel that they will be mad. You have a right to your boundaries and a real friend will respect them, not ask you to bend them, ignore them, or demand that they be removed or changed.
If someone is asking for personal information about you, for images or for you to do something that you are not comfortable with, you have every right to say no. It does not matter if you agreed to do it before. You can change your mind. You can stop. It does not matter if they did it already, you did not agree to any sort of tit for tat and even if you had, you can change your mind.
