This may have been intentional, but the price of this 5th year spell seemed awfully low compared to the others.

Yes, this is intentional because you need to own 2 other spells to own this one. It is simply a slightly better version of a spell that already exists. Admittedly, the cost could be higher but there is intended back ground re-ballancing that will make this cost make more sense. It should be as a sum still less than spells of the same year, but be beneficial in a unique way. The prices may adjust slightly when the final number comes out, but it will be significantly cheaper than other things taught that same year.

The current descriptions reads:

A potion that gives the drinker a sense of infatuation often misperceived as "love" towards a specific person.

Unless this is an update to the intended effect, Amortentia causes infatuation not towards a specific person, but rather the first person encountered upon drinking it.

The descriptor is not supposed to replace the more specific, detailed information regarding the potions/spells, but does not hurt to add/clarify. Bounty given, edit done.
