Gryffindor v Ravenclaw
Announcer Commentary
The sky was cloudless, which meant that there was nothing that could impede Olphie's fans from gazing upon her beauty, except for when they were blinded by just how beautiful she was. Donned in a patchwork quilt-looking dress that possessed many colors so no one could accuse her of "playing favorites," (for how could she choose between her three lovers: Caradoc, Barnaby, and NorthPole JamesonIrishWhiskey?) Olphie strolled down to the pitch, boisterously singing her favorite song of the moment, "Cool."
Never mind that the Jonas Brothers song was popular during the summer holidays, and to be honest, was never really that popular to the casual fan, Olphie was cool. Why? Because she had the honor of commentating one of the first games of the Quidditch season. Quidditch! Her favorite! Not everyone got the opportunity to grace the entire school with their dulcet, stereotypical white-girl tones!
She introduced the students, reading their names off of a list - Gryffindor first, led by one "Kyle DeRook," then Ravenclaw, captained by an "Emma Hill" - and soon, the Quaffle was thrown into the air. Olphie immediately threw her parchment with the list of the names aside; she didn't need that foolish reference, for these were her students, of course! Imagine that; the first student to do something real was a girl that she had given some advice to last year, a Miss Loveydove Cloverpatch! Voice magically amplified to an uncomfortable level, as Olphie already had quite a loud voice, the former beater bellowed, "And they are off, but look at that! Miss Lilac Cloudberry has already used the Hawkshead Formation to her advantage and gotten the Quaffle! It seems she took my advice well last year, students: beat the he-" she paused. There were children here, and she couldn't possibly get fired from announcing her first day! So instead of hell she would censor herself. "Heck out of your opponents and you will do well! I think this goes to show you, wannabe Quidditch stars, that your Flying professor truly knows her stuff."
She winked at the pitch, as though any of the Quidditch players were watching her. It didn't matter if they did; she knew that her voice was inspiring enough. Clothespin seemed to really have been inspired by Olphie's words, as she made her way to the giant brute of a keeper, a boy Olphie was familiar with, named High Low. His name as quite odd; his parents must have known that he was going to be tall, so why did they add "Low" to his name? It was confusing. Luckily, Olphie was not an easy one to be tricked. "Now - good work Miss Cleopatra! - she's made her way to the Gryffindor Keeper! You will see, students, that Mr. Louse has grown out a nice pair of furry friends to keep his cheeks company in the winter. They may be his only companions, though; I daresay that they won't get him any female friends, if you're picking up what I'm throwing down!" - she winked again - "And speaking of picking up what is being thrown, it seems that Mr. Loner could not catch the Quaffle. Score! 10 Points to Ravenclaw!"
Olphie did not express any more emotion besides exclaiming the score; like her dress, she did not wish to show favoritism. She was still trying to woo Barnaby, unfortunately. The man had proven quite elusive. And Elsa, Head of Gryffindor House, wasn't ugly...
Meanwhile, the Beaters were having fun of their own, Gryffindor Beaters Arctic Pencap and Kayak DeRoof attempted to do a Doppelbeater Defense against Ravenclaw Seeker, Nick Lazier. The moment happened so quickly that all Olphie could let out was a loud shriek at the sound of bats colliding with Bludger: "Ah! Good dodge, Nucleus!"
On the other side, Ravenclaw Beater Jonah Mufasa launched a Bludger toward Reign Savage. He missed as well, but since only one Beater was hitting the ball, Olphie's reaction was much less dramatic, filled with her similar humor as she declared, "And good work to you, Rain! How funny that your name is so stormy on such a cloudless day! Maybe you'll rain on Ravenclaw's parade!"
But the Beaters were not done. DeRocks somehow had the energy, even after that loud crack, to launch another bludger, this time at Jehovah Moustache, the Beater who had just attempted to knock poor Ms. Senpai off of her broom! He missed as well, but Olphie commentated approvingly, "I'm impressed, Mr. DeRickRolled! You seem to have great potential as a Beater. Dare I say...you might become the next Olphie Bercegeay? Better luck next time, however!"
But better luck would not come to Mr. Ofrook, not today. Ravenclaw captain would target Gryffindor with a crack that sounded like a gunshot. And...he was hit. Olphie couldn't help but let out a loud moan of disappointment, for how she hated to see her students injured in such a way! Especially when they fell off of their broom, so embarrassingly like that. If only she could take back her comment about Knail being the next Olphie Bercegeay. She never would have fallen like that. Nonetheless, as he was carted away, Olphie declared, "Emilia Stern, Ravenclaw Captain, hits DeRock with a Bludger! Nice work, dear! And...er...feel better, Mr. DeafRoom!"
Her eyes scanned for more movement, and the only thing else that she could see was it seemed that the Gryffindor Seeker, Erik Faucet, seemed to have spotted the Snitch. But Olphie was smarter than your average gal; she wouldn't announce that to everyone, of course! Mr. Lazarus had just better hope that he could keep up.
This game already proved to have an exciting start, and with the score 10-0, Ravenclaw ahead, Olphie was on the edge of her seat in anticipation for more.

Gryffindor v Ravenclaw
The game started in a flurry of action, and Max snapped to attention on the bench to watch what would happen, wincing when Ravenclaw got first ball. In a matter of moments the blue team already had a goal, and Max breathed out a sigh of frustration about how they'd gotten the upper hand. Eyes darting to the other players around the pitch, he muttered a curse when Gryffindor's bludger missed Ravenclaw's seeker, then tensed as a bludger flew at his own teammate. Miss; Raine Sage was quick enough on her broom that she wasn't hit. Unfortunately, after missing a student when hitting a metal ball of his own, Kyle DeRook was.
Max was on his feet, eyes wide as the Captain careened towards the ground with no one to help him. He looked up to trace back who had hit the ball, eyes narrowing at the Ravenclaw Captain. Clever, taking out the team's morale and strongest beater on the first go. Kyle hit the ground with a sound that was more felt than heard, clearly completely out and needing to go to the infirmary. Down a beater and ten points. Something had to be done or this game would be over before it even really started.
Fortunately, Eris had the back of the entire team and Max grinned fiercely when she caught sight of the Snitch long before Ravenclaw. If she managed to grab it without being knocked from the sky, she'd win them the game no matter how short on players they were. If only they were able to protect her with just a single beater.
Setting his broom down, he cupped both hands around his mouth. "GET IT, ERIS!" he roared, genuinely getting into the spirit of the game. "YOU CAN DO IT! LET'S TAKE THESE SHITBIRDS DOWN!"Action: Benched

Gryffindor v Ravenclaw
Ruthie let out a loud sigh. No one needed to be saved. Not exciting, but for a first Quidditch match, certainly not bad. Diving back upwards, she was eager to jump back into the action. After all, she wasn't just a spectator anymore.
Things seemed to move fast in this game, and so far they were moving in her favor. Lavinia had gotten the quaffle and scored in what seemed like minutes. "Well done, Lavinia!" Ruthie called out to her from where she flew. Lavinia had always seemed strong and dedicated at practices so this was not surprising. In fact, Ruthie wished that one day she would be able to pull off a move like that.
Although Ruthie was most concerned with her fellow Chasers, what was most interesting and garnered attention from both the crowd and commentator, Professor Bercegeay, was what the beaters were up to. Both the Gryffindor beaters had their eye on Neculai, the Ravenclaw seeker, and the bludgers were coming close, but Neculai managed to skirt away, if only just. A second breath. Quidditch in real life was shaping up to be a lot more stressful than it was from the stands.
But it wasn't just Neculai that was in trouble. Her close friend Jorah also had a bludger after him. It wasn't just any bludger; it was sent by the Gryffindor Captain who looked very angry. Ruthie winced waiting for the sound of impact, but it didn't come. And when she opened her eyes, Jorah was on his way, thankfully. Emma, it seemed wasn't about to let all this pass unnoticed. She sped off and hit a bludger on the nose at Kyle, of all people. "Yes!" Ruthie yelled, knowing that this was a big deal for her team.
But there was little time to consider what else might be happening, other than perhaps praying for Neculai to see the snitch. With two hands gripping the handle of her broomstick, she propelled forward and on to the rest of the game.

Hugh's attention got drawn towards the commentators tower. Was the lady talking about him? She was! As confusion dawned upon him he quietly scratched the whiskers on his cheeks. Were they that bad? T-they just grew so fast. Ana hadn't mentioned them as of yet, so... it couldn't be th-
The tall figure got snapped from his inner thoughts as one of the blue chasers approached his territory. Time to get in action. His eyes followed her movements closely as swung left and right to match her direction, when suddenly... He had made the wrong choice. She slung the quaffle past his other side and even his long arm could not reach the ball anymore. "BLAST!"
10 points for them, no time to lose. He got back in position in case they were coming back again fast. A flash of anger struck his eyes as he fixed his gaze on the intruder that had managed to slip past him. "Next time little bird..." His hands now clenching tightly to his broom.

Kyle took to the skies with an excited grin, sharing a nod with Arlis as they got into position. Once the Quaffle was launched he watched in excitement as his team went for the ball.
Kyle watched as the other team got the quaffle and he frowned slightly but he didn’t have time to dwell, the bludgers were loose. Kyle saw one and his eyes flicked to the seeker and back to the ball. He looked for Arlis and raised his bat and moved it in a circle to signal for her to assist him in their attack.
The two struck the bludger and it went wide unfortunately but there was no time to waste as he saw another whiz towards Raine and barely miss her. Moving as quick as he could once the bludger cleared Raine he struck it as hard as could but before he could see where it went he heard the sound of something rushing towards him and then. Darkness.
The bludger struck him hard upside the head and knocked him out instantly, knocking backwards off his broom. He tumbled end over end before landing hard on the grass of the pitch, some blood coming down from his helmet onto his face as he lay still. The medical staff was on himquickly and lifted him onto a stretcher and carted him off the field and towards the medical wing.
His team would need to finish this match without their captain

At the release of the quaffle, a look met the two chasers. At least it wasn't raining this time. A sense of euphoria and relief ran across Emma as she watched not only Neculai dodge the bludgers, but also Jorah. Like the last game, however, ten points were nothing. Just mere bragging rights in the effort to keep the score moving. From her broom, she yelled, "Good job, Lavinia!"
She had nothing against the captain, what reason did he give besides being a phenomenal player? That, however, was a pretty good reason... A weight was released off of her shoulders, and she went on the lookout for another bludger, a small smirk tugging at the corners of her lips. No hard feelings? At least not on her behalf. With each new word being spoken, the brunette's head flickered in their direction. Sometimes, groaning, but mostly cheering along with the team. "Go, guys, go!"
Next best player? Maybe, maybe not, but they had a plan, not just herself. Emma, however, would be sticking to what's she's best at and with the crack of her bat, she sent another bludger flying in the direction of the obnoxious red and gold jerseys. Okay, so maybe she was thinking it, but that didn't mean she would announce it to them.Action » Doing as Strategized

Gryffindor v Ravenclaw
Following their first plan, Griseldis, Raine, and Millie went into the Hawkshead Attack Formation and the three of them going for the Quaffle. Her hand almost touched the Quaffle but to her surprise, a Ravenclaw Chaser (Lavinia Cloven) seemed to be more experienced and skillfully grabbed the red ball right in front of her face and flew off towards the Gryffindor goal in high speed, like a hawk was about to hunt down their prey.
"No!!", Griseldis tried to chase after the Ravenclaw Chaser who got the Quaffle as fast as she could be she was too late. She watched helplessly as the Ravenclaw Chaser shoot the Quaffle that went right past at their Keeper's (Hugh Lowe) shoulder and through the huge loop behind him. The Ravenclaw managed to have a score, but the game has only just begun! Their fierce captain (Kyle DeRook) teamed up with another Beater (Arlis Penrose) and both chased after the Ravenclaw Seeker (Neculai Lazar). However, the Ravenclaw Seeker was somehow lucky and barely escaped from the bludgers. then all of them spotted quickly that a Ravenclaw Beater (Jorah Moussa) was after Raine. She was relieved that Raine was able to get away. Although Kyle seemed to be quite angry and decided to go "rampage" on the Ravenclaw Beater with his buldger but also failed. She completely understands how frustrating it must be that both Gryffindor Beaters didn't succeed to knock down any Ravenclaws yet.
Suddenly, the Ravenclaw captain (Emma Hill) who happened to be a Beater as well, flew right towards their Captain. "Captain! Watch out!", Griseldis shouted in a panicking voice and tried to alert Kyle but unfortunately, their Captain had been knocked down from the broom by the Ravenclaw captain without any mercy. She watched in shock as Kyle fell onto the ground and laid there unconscious.
Things were not looking good for the Gryffindor team at this point, but she didn't want to give up hope yet. She remembered the story her father told her countless times, Harry Potter, the boy who lived also went through this kind of sticky situation before. How Slytherin won a few scores and a few teammates got knocked down by them, but that never discouraged Harry to win the game. Griseldis shook her head and tried to focus on the present. As long as the game was not over yet, there would always be hope.
And that hope truely just happened when their Seeker (Eris Fawley) caught a tiny glimpse of shining gold. Griseldis knew what she must do at this crucial moment. Gripping on to her Shooting Star tightly, she took a deep breath. Her pastel grey eyes full of determination.

As the game started and the players took off into the air, even the cheers of her friend from the stands were of no importance to Eris. There was nothing that interested her at the moment. Nothing besides her frantic hunt for the snitch. Her nerves were twisting and twining, her determination to at least see the snitch making Eris almost puke. She felt nausea in her stomach, prominent enough that Eris glowered down at her own broom. She had to find it, had to win, had to do something. The tiny seeker weaved throughout the other players until she was soaring above the field to have a higher vantage point of the game, all in the hopes of finding the snitch.
Where was it? Atop her broom, the roar of the game echoing in her ears, Eris intently looked in all four corners of the playing field. Until she spotted it! The faint glint of gold was the most glorious sight that Eris had ever seen. Shooting forward, this time she was able to actually pay attention to the screams of Max. Not wanting to draw attention towards herself, Eris didn't mention anything about seeing the snitch.
Her team was smart enough to know what was going on, and hopefully help out. Still unable to notice that Kyle was gone, Eris's attention was solely focused on winning the game.

Cecily leaned over her broom as she shot towards the quaffle, hand brushing the leather, so close, before she felt it whisked away. Her heart fell, but as the mass of chasers dissipated, she saw that her fellow Chaser Lavinia had managed to get her hands securely around the ball. The team's spirits soared as, moments later, the ball sailed through the Gryffindor's hoop, just out of reach of the Lions' keeper. Not even a minute in, and Ravenclaw was already up one goal. Damn, Lavinia was good!
And the Chaser wasn't the only one with a victory. Bludgers were already flying, and as both teams dodged left and right, one metal ball flew true from the Raven's captain's bat towards an imposing Gryffindor beater, who Cecily knew to be the captain of the red team. The projectile, with all the force of Emma's swing behind it, collided perfectly with the lion to knock him right off of his broom. He hit the ground with an audible thud. That had to have hurt.
"Nice shot, Emma!" she called to her teammate, grinning. She had heard of the Gryff's beater, how obnoxiously strong he was, and was a little more than relieved to have him out of the way-- although she did hope he wasn't hurt too badly. Eh, it was nothing a night in the hospital wing couldn't fix.
Although they were already up ten points, and had already taken down one of the Lions' players, Cecily refused to let it get to her head. She knew that the game could turn at any moment. Gripping her broomshaft, the blonde Chaser narrowed her eyes and prepared for her next move, confidence emitting off of her every movement. She just hoped that they could keep up this strong start throughout the rest of the match.ACTION: doing as strategized

Professor Bercegeay was commentating. As much as she loved her class and looked up to her for her former career playing Quidditch professionally on her favorite team, it took quite a lot to understand her. The names were the difficult bit really. However, it was easy to see that DeRook was out of the game. It was a hard fall and a shame that it had to end that way for him - but that was Quidditch afterall.
She circled her designated area around the front of the goal posts, keeping an eye out for any balls heading her way. It would be a shame to be hit by a bludger before she had a chance to defend. There were many players to keep track of too but she stayed focused on her task, listening out for the Professors commentary. Lavinia had scored - SUCCESS!
