No, not really. I move if I can, but as someone with long hair, I can sort of sympathize. Hair isn't easy to do at all, and so I wouldn't ask anyone to take their hair down. It might be a little annoying, but they shouldn't have to take their hair down on my behalf if there are alternate solutions.
