Dang... I wish there was a better seat in the library. Sitting right at the back where there's slightly poor Internet is a bit... Ech.

dude i have a class w my advisor and shes literally the kindest woman in the WORLD ive submitted every assignment late and shes been so kind about it the whole time, and she was like "youre very smart and i want to help you in anyway i can" and i thought i was gonna CRY ohmygod

My poetry teacher is super cool and sweet. She's given me feedback for all my poems which has been incredibly constructive And she's shown us a sample project on how we can format our own!

i hear horror stories all the time about bad advisors and bad profs.... thanking everything that mine was born with a heart of GOLD and KINDNESS!!!!

Yeah my linguistics teacher is terrible...

I mean, she teaches us enough to know the material but she never really explains anything. It actually sounds like she contradicts herself when she's teaching. She seems nice but... I want someone who can explain all the technical stuff.

I have to say that my philology prof was amazing! He was a walking encyclopedia of historical linguistics and could literally just sit down and explain the entirety of IE history and the mythologies and histories of northern, central and eastern Europe and all the way down into India and Iran with equal facility. He was a good story teller too!

Back when I did French grammar, I had a guy who was a bit intimidating but good fun under certain circumstances. If you were shy, he'd try and gently pry you out for an answer. If you got the answer wrong, he'd go on a slightly long-winded tangent; "And that's why we're here, to learn about this stuff... We're here to give our best effort" etc. It honestly got funny after a while

But that didn't make French grammar any easier It just made the class a bit more bearable

I love my 7th period teacher! She's so kind about everything(Unless you really messed up-). She doesn't care unless you make her care, as saying, you could eat in her class and as long as you clean it up if you make a mess, she won't care. She won't care if you have gum unless she finds it under a seat or smth(gross-). I once had a full baby bottle pop and she didn't care because I didn't make a mess. All you gotta do is say "My bad, Ms.___" and it's over with. Tell her if you break something and how you did it so she can fix it. Got her for 4th period for my activity, too.
