Dear Grandma and Grandpa,
This school is amazing! It's so huge I'm not sure I''ll ever know my way around it, especially considering that the staircases move and change positions constantly. I still promise to try my best here and to try and make friends, but I already miss you both. I'm about to go visit the Owlery, right after I write a letter for Ellie. Apparently, that's how we communicate long distance here. I'm really excited to meet all the owls here. After all, I've never seen an owl in real life before! Anyway, I think this is about it for now, since I haven't started classes yet. I promise to write to you guys as often as possible, so be ready to receive a lot of owls pecking at your door!

Dear Ellie,
You wouldn't believe how big this school is! Or how crazy! There are so many kids, and they have separate houses for students to be sorted into, kinda like homeroom but with people that share similar personality instead of last names close in the alphabet. I wish you could come here with me. I'd love to show you the Owlery. Oh! I haven't told you yet! This school is really old fashioned. They use owls kinda like carrier pigeons to send letters and stuff, so don't freak out when one comes pecking at your window. Although, that won't help with the first owl I guess. All you have to do, if you get this, is write a letter and tie it to the owl to send it back to me. Cool, right? I can't wait for your response!
