Corridors
BOOM!
A disgusting, putrid smell surrounded Pythia as a cloud of smoke dissipated into the cold corridor air. The stench did not, however. She coughed, trying to wave the smoke away, yet after sniffing her robes just once, she realised it would cling for a while.
Now, what in Merlin's name was that? the young witch wondered angrily. Hogwarts' corridors being filled with pranks and practical jokes was nothing out of the ordinary, but to prank her, to target her was something else. Who would dare prank a Vesper? Better yet, why would they prank her in the first place? It's not like I've made any enemies, have I?
Either way, whatever the motives of this mysterious trickster might have been, Pythia was set to discover their true identity. No one goes unpunished for ruining her Sunday like that. How was she even supposed to go back to the study room smelling so horribly?
The passage in front of her seemed empty and so did the one behind. Still, an elusive giggle caught her ears, somewhere in the distance. Determined, Pythia marched on towards wherever the source of that laughter was. As she walked, she cursed herself for having taken that turn in the first place. She knew it would lead to no good -- she could feel it! It was just like her to ignore her gut feeling. No, not even ignore, actively oppose it! As always, her poor choices led her to the wrong place at the wrong time. Perhaps, she was not even the actual target for this joke and simply walked on it accidentally... Maybe none of this is about me after all.
Before she could feel too sorry for herself, a blurry silhouette moved to hide in a corner only a few feet away from her.
"Oi!" Pythia called out. "Who's there?"

Adam's nose wrinkled as he smelt something so foul in the corridors. He wondered if something had died and with a little morbid along the corridors to find out what that thing was. With little disappointment he saw the girl standing on her lonesome, looking at one of the corridors. His brow raised curiously. Wondering what was happening in the moment. He sighed to himself and nwalked over to her with curiosity filling his tone. "What seems to be problem? There's a foul stench in the air, and I doubt it was you." He'd say with some politeness, he'd smile at her kindly and rested both hands on his hips as he surveyed the area. It was like him to offer help to someone he barely knew, he one day wanted to be a healer after all. But that will take some time before then.
Thinking for a moment, he looked very silly posing the way he did and dropped both arms to his side with a chuckle finding the humor in his actions. "What's your name if I may? My name is Adam Boucher." He hoped the girl wouldn't think he was the one emitting this foul odor, that would be embarrassing. Oh and a question or two popped into his head which he just had to ask "Did someone cast some magic? What spell was it? A charm? A jinx? A curse?" He'd ask these shotgun questions one at a time with the last one having some mock fear in his tone. @Pythia Vesper

Luisa coughed at the putrid smell. Dung bombs she figured, fun sure, but only if everyone was in on the prank, it didn't seem like the people whose voices she heard were really in on it, and she had hardly planned it herself, not the kind of thing she usually pulled off, she didn't exactly have any good dung bomb recipes or the ingredients to make them. But she agreed with the girl, who had thrown the dung bomb? Whoever it was was most likely someone who knew how to have fun, even if they didn't have a dung bomb recipe they could certainly get the damn things from somewhere
“Magic?” she called out to the boy “Hardly. Dung bomb if id have to guess from the scent, maybe a bit of magic for the smoke, but they sell smoking ones too if you know where to look.” she swatted some smoke from in front of face as she approached the other two “Oh im Luisa by the way. Muggle parents i take it? Doesn't matter. No ideas who threw it?” she asked excitedly before pausing and turning in the direction of the other girl “ah, oh i should let you introduce yourself before running off, shouldn't i? My tutor said thats whats polite”
