STAGE 4: EVERYONE HAS ONE

Everyone you ask denies getting a package. You must be special, those with the ability Sixth Sense feel something in their bones telling them that is not the case here. There's a tension in the air. Many of the students you ask give you short, one-word answers No or they shake their head. Some of them glance at you strangely, honestly confused by your interest.

That is until you find one student. You had never really spoken to them much before but you feel that you might have seen them in the halls but you cannot place their face or give them a name. A smaller child holding a ragged stuffed toy in their arms is pressed tightly against the taller child's side. They seem to recognize you. In a whisper the twitchy student confides, "They never leave."

You see a flash of purple out of the corner of your eye.
