The weekend. As much as Lemon adored their school and its intriguing subjects, except for history of magic of course, the weekends were something that they looked forward to. For one thing, on the weekends all of the students were allowed to wear whatever they pleased, which was something that Lemon took full advantage of. They hated how restrictive the Hogwarts school uniform was, and felt that their uniqueness and quirkiness was smothered by those long black robes and button up white shirts. Weekends were an opportunity for Lemon's individuality to breathe for once, and bright colours were of no shortage in their wardrobe.
They had decided that they would take a walk out in the grounds of the school after breakfast and, after putting on a striped rainbow jumper to shield them from the cold, set off on the grassy grounds with confidence. They'd brought a basket with them, as well as two books, some of the puzzles that their mother had sent to them from home, a quill, some ink and two pens. They weren't entirely sure of why they'd brought the basket, but felt that they might need it, perhaps to collect flowers or especially smooth rocks and stones to add to their collection of odd items.

How to Meet People 101
| —— | •──────────• 𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙚 : 08/03/2025 at 10:46pm •──────────• That Saturday, after going to the Greenhouses as usual, Yuki decided to go for a walk near the grounds of the school. She had hoped to run into her friend, if she could call him that, Sebastian, but she hadn't seen him, so she watered the sunflowers and left quietly. It was rather mild and there were a few clouds in the sky, but nothing too serious. Yuki had nevertheless taken care to bring a jacket to keep warm and had indulged in a denim skirt and big brown boots. She had also taken one of the library books and a scarf which she had put in her bag. In any case, she felt rather calm, she had handed in all her homework and had no more, at least for the moment, to do. As she walked towards the grass, where she had planned to sit on the ground, she saw a girl her age already lying on the green space, puzzles and books scattered around her. She wasn't doing much in particular, but her colorful jumper caught Yuki's attention. She often wore colorful things too and she liked this girl's style. She hesitated for a short moment before approaching the girl and after patting her shoulder to indicate her presence said: — Hi, I didn't mean to bother you, but I just wanted to say that I love your sweater! She didn't think the girl would act cold. She seemed quite nice, and then, after all, a girl is still a girl. •──────────•
