I try to reply as quick as I can (the odd person can be a little bit too impatient sometimes but I try to get them out so it's not clashing with my studies later) otherwise they take as long as they take.
Without any disrespect to others, I set mine in terms of priority as well if there's a list; lore for Emi or other characters that is important come first before I move onto casual/meeting threads

I try not to take too long, but sometimes there's just no extra time for me to do replies and all so they just have to wait.
