Hello everyone, I have a question about writing, not so much an FAQ question but more so advice from experienced writers?

I'm not sure I fall into the category of experienced writer - but since this is a real time roleplay, I think it's beneficial to come up with a long-term storyline and break down what you want to achieve in that storyline which years. It can prove as a guideline and you can fill in the details as they come to you or modify it as you need to with any new developments with your character.

When writing, how do I become more descriptive? I want my replies to be more engaging for a reader, or at least more rewarding. I feel myself falling into the trap of a limited vocabulary. Also thank you, that clears up my other question feels almost like you read my mind

Try to envision everything about that moment that your character is in when you're writing - what they're seeing, thinking, feeling - all what's happening around them/all that's happening within them.
