The Initial Ride pv Kairilia finished

Robin mouthed "magical politics" in awe. She knew that there was a ministry of magic, but thinking about all of the intricacies that go into living in the wizarding world felt a little overwhelming. The muggle world of politics already made her head spin. Lia was nice and returned the sentiment of being in the same house, making Robin bounce in her seat. Suddenly Hogwarts didn't seem like such a lonely and terrifying place.

The train ride continued on, and the girls continued to chat and get to know each other, the snack trolley coming and going. Robin didn't have too much money but she decided to try a few chocolate frogs and Berties Botts every flavor beans. To her surprise, her first bite into a bean tasted like a juicy piece of ham. She sucked it up and swallowed it, although grimacing the entire time and trying not to gag. She decided to hold onto the rest of the beans, not sure if she was brave enough to take another bite. Her first chocolate frog card was of an "Albus Dumbledore," a previous and deceased headmaster of the school. His little moving character on the card smiled warmly at her, and Robin knew he had to have been a really kind Professor.

Finally, hours later, the train seemed to start to slow down. Robin changed into her school robes, donning her black pointed hat, and sat waiting patiently for the train to come to a halt.

"If we aren't in the same house, please feel free to owl me anytime." Robin told the other girl, not completely sure how the owling system worked considering she didn't have an owl. All she knew was that she made a connection with Kairilia and hoped that they could continue furthering their friendship throughout the year. "Or maybe we can join a club or something. Dunno, we'll see!"

When the train came to a halt, leaving her belongings on the train, Robin joined the rest of the students crowding into the corridors to exit, finally arriving at her new school and home.
