Where the Adventure Begins
David was excited to go to Hogwarts this year. He was on Platform 9 and 3/4 to board the Hogwarts Express. It was going to be a fun time for him. He looked around and saw other students getting ready to board the train as well. He was listening to other students having some conversations with each other. He couldn't help but smile.
The train finally arrived. It was time to board the train to Hogwarts. David made sure that all of this stuff was there, making sure that he had not miss anything before he arrived to platform 9 and 3/4 prior to boarding the train. He had all of his stuff ready as he boarded the Hogwarts Express. He went through the compartments, looking for somewhere where he could sit down for the duration for the ride.
He looked around in the search for an empty compartment for him to stay for th duration of the ride. He finally found one and went into the compartment. He looked around to make sure that no one was already there. He smiled lightly as he sat down on the seat of the compartment. David looked out at the window and watched the platform while he was waiting for the train to start moving in his journey to Hogwarts. He was hoping that someone of anyone could come into his compartment and keep his company for the duration of the ride.

Where the Adventure Begins
Aurel hugged his mother good-bye on the platform before loading onto the train. He didn't want to leave her behind. He would miss her tremendously as this was his first time away from home. However, he was excited yet nervous about this ride. He knew this was going to be the start of a great journey, just like the ones he read in his books. He had high hopes that his time at Hogwarts would be fun and that he would find friends. Maybe even people to consider to call family. He shook his head, knowing that the last thought was going a little too forward. Aurel could feel his heartbeat grow faster. “I have seven years to think about all of this. There’s no need to get ahead. Let’s just focus on trying to find a seat,” he said under his breath to calm his heart down.
He saw the other students entering each compartment. Quickly, the train started to become full as more and more students entered. Aurel was hoping to find a compartment with some room for him. Further down the car he traveled before finally finding one with a boy sitting by the window. He quietly tapped on the door knock knock as he entered.
“I don’t mean to bother you and I hope you aren’t waiting for anyone.. You mind if I sit with you?” He smiled at the boy. Aurel would take his luggage inside the compartment and gently prop it against the seats. “I like the window seat too. Sometimes it puts a smile on my face to look around. My mother told me that there’s some nice scenery to look at on the way to school!” He seemed a little excited saying the last sentence.
He saw the other students entering each compartment. Quickly, the train started to become full as more and more students entered. Aurel was hoping to find a compartment with some room for him. Where the Adventure Begins
David was looking out of the window from his compartment. He was enjoying the view of the outside as the train was going to roll off the station and the journey to Hogwarts had began. He was hanging out, enjoying the ride to Hogwarts in the Hogwarts Express.
He all by himself in the compartment of the train, just hanging out. No problem with that. he was having a great time so far. While he was looking out of the window to the view of the hills, mountains, trees, and all of the nature things outside, he heard a knock on the door of his compartment. He turned to see another boy at the door of his compartment. He smiled lightly as the boy entered. "Oh... Not at all. Feel free to join me." He said. He as happy that he was going to have some company for the duration of the ride to Hogwarts. He was glad that someone could come and hang out with him. "The window seat is, of course the best seat anywhere, even in the train. It's always a nice scenery! The window always has the perfect view during rides." He said. He couldn't help but smile at the statement as he agreed with the boy. He turned to look out of the window from his compartment and smiled lightly. This journey to Hogwarts would be amazing for him as he couldn't wait to get there. This would be a long trip to Hogwarts but it would definitely be worth it.
David knew that he needed to introduce himself to the boy soon. He was hoping to meet new people and make new friends along the way. He turned back to the boy and smiled lightly. "I'm David Young. It's nice to meet you." He said as he introduced himself to the boy. He was hoping for the introduction to go well for him as he wanted new friends and hopefully he could make one if he started conversations on the right tune and mood.

Aurel saw the boy smiling back at him, giving him the permission needed to stick around. A little giddy, Aurel starts to put his luggage away. He gave a short grunt as he heaved the luggage around before getting it in the right storage place. With a small skip in his step, he takes the seat across from the other boy.
- "The window seat is, of course the best seat anywhere, even in the train. It's always a nice scenery! The window always has the perfect view during rides. I'm David Young. It's nice to meet you."
- "You're right! The window is always the best spot! I'm Aurel Silvius! It's so great to meet you too! Are you excited for school? I'm excited! A little scared.. but excited! It's my first time away from home. I've always been told that I'm one of the weird ones looking forward to school but I think about all the books I can read and maybe even books about birds. I just love birds! They seem weak but they’re actually really sturdy!"
Aurel seemed to catch himself as he was beginning to ramble on. He held his breath for a few seconds before exhaling. He was excited to try and make a new friend for the train ride over. Aurel knew he could be a little brash when he started to talk, especially when he got himself talking about birds. “Sorry, birds are just my favorite animal. Anything that looks like birds are great. Do you have a favorite animal?” He quickly looked out the window, hoping he didn't scare off David from the conversation.

David nodded and smiled before the boy sat on at the seat across him in his compartment. He was enjoying the company with someone right now. He was happy about that. He listened to the boy introduced himself to him. "Nice to meet you too! I'm excited to be going to Hogwarts and learn about anything and everything. I'm my first time away from home as well. But not that nervous for that. My parents really wanted me to go to Hogwarts for a long time." He said.
David was listening to Aurel and smiled as he was talking about birds and animals. He was happy to start the conversation of friendship like that. He looked at him with a grin on his face. He noticed that Aurel was looking out at the window before he was going to say something. "It's alright. Birds are great. I like birds but my favourite animal is definitely a cat or a dog. I like those animals. But if the animal is not a pet animal, I like a cheetah, tiger, and lion. They are so protective, which I like about them. Apes and monkeys are amazing too." He said. Now it was his turn to talk and explain things to him. He was happy that this conversation was going pretty well. He turned to look out of the window and watched the view of nature and hills for the duration of the train ride to Hogwarts. It's like he's travelling on a vacation, but Hogwarts is definitely not a vacation. He was still excited for it.

Aurel smiled as David continued the conversation. He listened to David about his favourite animals as David was smiling back at him.
-"It's alright. Birds are great. I like birds but my favourite animal is definitely a cat or a dog. I like those animals. But if the animal is not a pet animal, I like a cheetah, tiger, and lion. They are so protective, which I like about them. Apes and monkeys are amazing too."
-"Tigers look so cool and lions look like royalty to me! Both are always so cool! Like they know what to do all the time and it doesn't worry them. Monkeys are pretty funny!" They always make me laugh.
As Aurel said this, he climbed up on the seat and started to mimic a monkey. After he made a few noises, he sat back down. He busted into laughter about himself. Aurel knew he looked silly; he just couldn't help it. "Oh, your parents wanted you to go to Hogwarts? That's really cool! Do you know what house you want to be in? I think I'll be fine in any house but when I think about it my heart says 'Hufflepuff'. Mostly because a lot of people say I act like my mother and she was one. She still keeps a few of her yellow flags and stuff around the house. She told me some great stories but she always does that. She's a great storyteller!"
Aurel smiled big at the mention of his mother; anyone could tell that he loved her. He also smiled because he liked talking with David. It made the ride seem to go back just a bit faster.

David was having a great time hanging out and talking to other students while making friends in the process. He was listening to Aurel talking about monkeys. He loved monkeys as well. He kept listening to him talk about animals before he watched Aurel mimicking the monkey. He laughed lightly as it was funny the way he was doing it.
He was watching Aurel doing his impression of a monkey. It mae him laugh for a bit before he listened to Aurel talking about family. It made him thought about his family for the time being. When Aurel was asking him about the house that he wanted. He gave a light grin to him. "To be honest, I'm ok with being in any house here. But I'm most likely to be a Ravenclaw." He said. He was confident that any house would do for him. "My parents really want me to go to Hogwarts so we moved here to England for the time being as they have jobs here as well. My sisters are here in England as well." He told Aurel about his family. He was happy that he was making friends and meeting new people at the same time. It helpe him with the moral for his lifetime.
