In the “The Prince’s Tale” it's implied Snape hadn't killed anyone, since he was concerned about his soul splitting, so I'm pretty sure he's innocent in that regard.

he also befriended a sweet werewolf, and didn't care much about blood status!! Whereas Snape wanted to kill muggles, probably including his love's family...
