As Oliver lowered back down to the ground, before his feet met the hard tiling of the small hall, a fist knocked right into his triple chin. Oliver gained more air time as he was hit upwards, flying back. He yelled out and tried to deliver a kick as his small, cute feet passed Kyle's face. However his kick just fell short of grazing Kyle's nose, inflicting zero damage.
Oliver saw stars as he passed through the air. It felt like an eternity before he hit the ground. As he did, Oliver's buttocks seemed to bounce off the flat flooring and sent Oliver back onto his feet. The boy landed with good balance, the dazing from the uppercut already worn off. Oliver could take a tremendous amount of damage, having been hit and beat by bullies for the last two years.
Oliver punched his palm and stood in a wide spread out posture.
"That all you got?! Let's go, BITCH!!!"
Oliver stood fiercely, arms up and panting like a dog. Sweat was running down Oliver's hairline like a waterfall. The boy hadn't moved this much in... forever!
He beat his chest to express his wild anger.
Like I'll let this bully get the best of me!

Kyle HP: 900
As Kyle's knuckles connected to the fat kid's chin, or rather chins, he felt the shock run up his arm and another wave of excitement rushed over him. Punching the tree out back or practice sparring with his dad when he wasn't busy was one thing, but getting a chance to actually fight was another thing entirely. He hadn't felt this truly alive in awhile if he was being completely honest with himself. Now he was alert and aware of his opponent and their non-conventional method of fighting so as he tumbled back and threw a wild kick Kyle was able to easy retain his footing and just dip his torso back just enough for the kick to miss him.
The boy he was fighting got back to his feet and punched his fist like it was some cartoon, but Kyle wasn't going to let that throw him off guard. The momentum of the fight was shifting in his direction and it was important to capitalize on the momentum shift and push his advantage now. he stepped forward and threw a quick right jab, but it was a feint meant only to try and bring the kids hands up to protect his face as he pulled his left hand down and rolled his shoulders as he stepped into and threw a hook aimed for the kids ribs. It wasn't going to be easy to get a solid blow to the guys head with all the extra meat in the way, so if he could damage the body and take his breath from him then putting him down would be easier.

Oliver looked at Kyle in the eyes as he moved forward. Then his gaze shot to the left as he noticed the jab coming for. He swung his body slowly to the right, raising his arms to push off the jab," heh! Let's go, BI—!" Oliver was about to repeat his crude taunt only for Kyle punched deep into his gut. Oliver bent double, gasping for air as it had all left him. It took a panicked moment to get his lungs full, then as he did, his stomach wrenched.
Oh, God no...
A handful of vomit filled his mouth. Oliver was about to release it but he remembered all the kids staring at him right now. He didn't want to add to his humiliation. With a wince, Oliver swallowed down the half processed breakfast.
Captain Redhot... What do I do...?
Oliver closed his eyes for a split second, but for him it felt a lot longer. The punches were getting increasingly painful and Oliver wasn't sure how many more he could take. Deep within his PG comic filled brain, he collected his strategy.
Thank you, Sir...
Oliver, now having received an answer from Captain Redhot, used his off balanced posture to his advantage. He leaned to his right, as though falling, and then spun full circle. As he spun around, he extended his arms and continued to twirl on his feet.
"FIIIIRE TORNADO!!! "
Oliver delivered multiple hits to Kyle's face in quick succession as he spun in circles. Each one was a pudgy slap but grouped up they equated to the same force of his initial punch.
Oliver was managing to pull off the legendary move Captain Redhot used to beat up his most difficult opponents. Oliver could smile right now, but he wasn't enjoying himself at all. He was shaking with anger and just wanted to prove himself. He wasn't getting bullied this year!

Kyle's HP: 850
The moment Kyle's fist connected with the boys side he watched the ripple of the impact across his pudgy torso and for a moment it looked as if his opponent was going to throw up and honestly the idea of that happening was much worse than getting beaten up in his opinion. who wanted to get puked on anyway. And then things got even weirder...the fat kid screamed something about a fire tornado or whatever? what was even happening here? and then he just spun wildly with flailing slaps.
Kyle took a few slaps as he just gawked at the absolute cartoon character of a human being he managed to get into a fight with before he raised his right arm up to block the rest of the flailing slaps and more out of frustration at being slapped and the constant screaming of the kid instead of planning out a proper attack he sort of threw a wild punch at the spinning mass of chub and, unfortunately it didnt connect with anything, thus prolonging this bizarre experience with this very very sad and strange kid. Kyle took a step back and shook his head before getting back into his stance once more. "Quit screaming and Spazzing you MASSIVE Gobdaw!"

@Illowy Magnard & @Euphrasia MillieMaggie had got caught up at the carriages catching up with her friends, and she soon began to regret it, because she was now alone as she walked up to the sprawling castle before her.
Upon entering, she was confused. Yeah, half-confused, half-concerned, and just a tad amused. What? How was she not supposed to laugh? She could hear Carson’s voice in her head, repremanding her and telling her “you’re better than that”, but come on. Kyle DeRook was fighting a pudgy, okay, fat, first year who was spinning around yelling something about fire tornadoes. This was a sight to remember.
The moral conscience of Maggie kept her from actually laughing, and she still did have the decency to feel bad for the fat kid. He was making a fool of himself, in front of the whole school, mind you.
“Millie!” Maggie called, jogging up to her friend, who was watching the scene with Illowy Magnard, a pretty girl Slytherin in Maggie’s year. Illowy seemed to be at the same standpoint as Maggie, or, at least, she didn’t look nearly as distressed as Millie did.
“Hey, Illowy.” Maggie waved, her voice a whisper, like it’d be at the movies or something. “Who’s the chubby kid— and why the fuck did he just scream fire tornado in the middle of a fight?”

Marcus stays in a back watching the crowd of students that are witnessing the fight of fists between two supposedly Pureblood wizards, keeping his wand in the holster at his arm he sighs and shakes his head announcing to those fighting and those watching "Are you both Purebloodswizards or are you both Neanderthals looking to bruise each others knuckles with your faces?" he asked curious as to why a Pureblood wizard would throw a punch instead of a spell "If you are going to fight, just start throwing spells, either way once the professors come by you'll both lose points for your houses for fighting, hopefully it's a lot of points" Marcus added with a shrug and a grin upon his face, sliding a hand through his silky black hair he sighs "If you are going to continue beating the crap out of each other, make it entertaining to watch...start using spells." He says then snaps his fingers calling his house elf to him "Witty bring me a chair please" the small house elf salutes him then pops away and pops back with a chair "Thank you Witty, you may leave." He smiles to the small house elf who pops away as Marcus takes a seat.

Even being present in the most mystical of places– one of them known as Hogwarts, school of witchcraft and wizardry, with magic, insane creatures, and places that would send chills down your spine... Somehow, someway, it was extremely boring. Of course, it was the first day, so she wasn't expecting anything interesting to happen. Maybe a few teary-eyed first years that got lost because of those damn changing stairs, or because they got trampled by the upperclassmen. Either way, there was going to be a casualty no matter what.
She wove through masses of students of all ages, narrowing her eyes as to get a closer look, see if she could spot anybody breaking rules or are in some sort of predicament. She furrowed her eyes, realizing there was a big empty part of the hall and everyone seemed to be quite disgusted by the looks on their faces. And then it hit her. The big Kahuna. The booty bomb. This was no ordinary cheek squeak, it stank like no one's business. She immediately pulled her robes over her nose, gagging and squinting. God, it even made her eyes burn. What monster could have done this?
Then, right ahead she noticed a crowd, some people yelling and others walking away, evidently a bit shaken up. She rushed over to check out the commotion, wiping her sweaty palms on her robes. As a new prefect, if something was really wrong, this would be her first time dealing with something like this. And she had no idea what to do. Give them detention? Yeah. Yeah, that would be good. Taking a deep breath, she pushed away the crowd and saw two scruffy boys fighting, both faces flushed and would probably be bruised later on. One of the two was rather... Valumptuous, the other tall and familiar. And as soon as she heard that cocky, Irish voice, she knew immediately who it was.
"Kyle! Other.. Boy." She yelled, getting less assertive once she realized that she didn't know the other student's name. Clenching her fists, she made her way into the middle of the fight and pushed both of them off each other. Being as weak as she was, and how she was half their weight, it didn't do much, but because she was in the middle, she was crossing fingers that they would stop. "Look, I don't know why the feck yeh are fighting, but ye better explain yeh self, and either way, as much as ah hate to say it, ye both are in detention anyways, might as well tell me tha truth," Crossing her arms, she gave Kyle an apologetic glance. As much as she wished she could look away, she was the only prefect in the area, and she couldn't already get a bad rep as one. Plus, after the fellow Gryffindor had punched her in the face, she knew he didn't have good judgment when it came to who to beat up... Especially if now was close to when his transformation was.
Turning around to see a few more people, including a parselmouth she knew, Euphrasia Millie, and a Slytherin she remembered from a year ago, when her and Kyle had the falling out. They both seemed to care about each other a lot, Kyle even seemed to calm down when she came along. There was another boy she had never seen before, a Slytherin crest on his robes. By his height and the look of his face, he was probably a third year. Last, there was a familiar girl her age, Maggie Parker. She only knew the name because the girl was in her classes and house, but didn't know much about her. Looking at everyone that crowded them, she shooed them off. "Ay, bugger off! Yeh've had yeh show," Watching a few people scatter, she turned around and shook her head, "Arseholes" The small Gryffindor mumbled with a scowl, and turned back to the two quarreling boys.
Detention notice;
Kyle and Oliver have been issued detention. I will owl both of you with further information soon. Everyone has permission to post 1-2 more responses to wrap it up and interact with the other two that had joined.

Kyle pulled back and was getting ready to throw another punch when he heard a familiar voice bark his name through the crowd and he froze in place and slowly turned his head towards he and his angry face from being in a fight and getting smacked went away and his cocky grin returned. Something about Seeing Marla always lifted his spirits, Even though she...hold on a moment. was that a prefect badge? Marla how could you! After the trouble they got into together the previous year and her making him promise they would get into more this year the last thing he expected was for her to become a prefect! though he did realize there was a wisdom to having a trouble maker track down other ones. fight fire with fire and what have you.
Kyle looked from Marla, back to the fat kid whose name he still didnt know, then back to Marla once more. He offered a shrug and he slipped into a more relaxed posture than before, despite his heart still pounding and his adrenaline pumping. If it had been any other prefect he'd have given them hell, but since it was Marla he was going to cut her a break and go down easy. this time. "You know me Quin, hot headed. he bumped into me so I punched him. Ill take the detention, but he was just protecting himself" he looks back to Oliver to see if he would go along with that version of the story

@Maggie Parker | @Illowy Magnard | @Marcus De Wynter
Things were escalating rather quickly. As Millie was about to say something, the cheerful voice of Maggie entered her ears. "Uh, I'm not entirely sure why-" She paused. Another boy, this one who looked much older than the rest of them. Something about purebloods fighting was much more confusing than a fistfight.
"Oi, you!" She called out to the boy. "Even purebloods do fistfights!"
As she turned back to the more gruesome fight, she got more worried. It was escalating even further than before, and she got a little more scared that this disgusting fight between two people wasn't gonna end. The wand in her hand seemed to tremble- and she wasn't sure whether it was her actual hand doing it.
And then like light- a savior had come! To Millie's surprise, she saw Marla Quinlan, a girl in her year who she had met a year prior. Since when was Marla a prefect? And since when did prefects get off at the carriages? Don't they help the first years?
Rattled with questions, Millie almost ignored the fact that Marla gave Kyle and the chubby boy detention and demanded they explained themselves. Looking over to Illowy and Maggie, she whispered, "Look's like there's nothing we can do now, wanna head to the Great Hall before everyone else slams it?"

Oliver finished his spin, panting with sweat running down his forehead, pain pulsing in many areas of his body. He reeled back on the final twirl, pulling in his body tight. The room went silent, all the eyes of the fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh years disappeared. He could only see himself and Kyle in the room. Yet his opponent didn't even look like a second year anymore. Oliver's mind was casting him as a disarray of everything he hated. All the pain and conflict since he started Hogwarts. The burdens of having a mother society wanted dead. Being unable to make things better for himself. Never seeing his father happy. Always being alone. Oliver filled his chest as he clenched his fist, charging up his finishing move. This was it, he was about to pull off the move that Captain Redhot used on King Chaos. The legendary punch that cast away the evil demon. Star Driver.
As Oliver unwound his body and moved forward to deliver a mighty smash, time slowed as a red haired, narrow human passed in between Oliver and his target. She pushed on his chest and Oliver's eyes widened as his fist was directly moving towards this young girls face. As to not literally kill her (or as Oliver imagined the power of Star Driver would), he had to throw his body to the side, stumbling a bit and needing to palm the floor to not land on his belly. He managed to get his balance right as he neared Illowy.
He immediately turned as he stood up straight, reality returning to him. He was a scruffed up and sweaty mess. He looked over at Marla, extremely annoyed that she ended the fight right before Oliver was about to, in his opinion, knock Kyle into a ten year coma.
He listened as he caught his breath, taking in everything the prefect was saying. This was why he the lower years, or at least assumed Marla was below him. They were all so in his face. Don't they know they're not meant to venture above their own year group? God forsake them!
He looked down at his fists as Marla neared the end of her talk, his knuckles really hurt. He'd of started to get watery eyes if not Kyle started talking. His self inflicted pain left his mind immediately and he grew angry again.
"He's lying, he blamed me of stinking the place, which I didn't! And then shoved me, so I decided to beat him up," Oliver told his version of the story. Which was actually true up to the point of beating up Kyle. He had an angered expression yet didn't look very intimidating, forever appearing as a goof.
