Meeting a new friend!
Kapono was supposed to be meeting a friend here. He had barely spoken to her, and could barely remember her name to be honest. She was a second year Slytherin whom was on the Slytherin Quidditch team. He had heard numerous times before that Gryffindors weren't supposed to necessarily associate with Slytherins for they were just the type of people you didn't associate with, especially being a Gryffindor. Kapono had seen this girl at meals before, sitting over at the Slytherin table, laughing with her friends, and quite frankly he thought she was gorgeous...
"Oh! Her name's Elena, Elena Jones!" he said out loud, and he looked around after he said that, but there was no one near the spot where he had picked, which was under some sort of weird looking, old tree.
He was a little nervous to be honest, because he hadn't actually spoken to this girl, but he had been owling her for the past two days about. He didn't know what to do...he was quite honestly bored, when would this girl, Elena, get here? He didn't know, but he couldn't help starting to think she had ditched him, and possibly gone off elsewhere? He hoped not! Kapono fell asleep eventually, just waiting and waiting for this beautiful girl to arrive...Kapono didn't realize it yet, but he had a major crush on this girl, and deep down, he hoped she liked him a little too, even though he was younger, and probably a little less brighter than her.

[font=Abadi MT Condensed Light]Elena was padding down to the Great Lake, this time she was carrying her shoes in one hand. Content to walk along the warm Spring ground barefoot, a rare treat in the normally quite cold Scotland. It'd probably be another year before she got the opportunity again, unless Hogwarts suddenly developed an exchange program for second year quidditch co-captains.
Unlikely, but you never know. After all only a year ago and Elena hadn't ever been outside of London, now she'd been to Germany and America, Scotland, Wales, all the way down to Cornwall. She kept introducing herself as a drifter, though the name didn't quite fit. Not nearly as much as she'd like it to, drifters have it easier than people who travel for the people they care about. Or to find people to care about.
Kapono was meant to be somewhere down here, but when Elena reached the lake all she could see was a boy sleeping by a tree. Elena walked softly over and knelt down next to him, patting him on the shoulder to wake him up, "Hi, I'm looking for a boy called Kapono. Is there any chance that's you?"
Elena looked curious, with a spark of excitement behind her eyes, "I brought a drawing of a radio for him."[/font]
