Open Car, Long train ride. (Open to all!! Hoping to make friends)

"Definitely. at this point id already concider us besties. I never had anyone to talk too before. So this was nice. And no matter what we have to hang out daily!!" Rachel said, a hopeful grin.

"Kinda disappointed we didnt meet anyone else, I heard the train is the best place to meet new people." Rachel said starting to pack up her stuff.

"Maybe we can meet some new people after we get sorted. How cool would that be?"

(OOC: I invited a few others to join, I hope thats okay. I really wanted to try and get a couple more people added.)

Adaryn's heart smothered at Rachel's words, while the smile on her lips softened into something more real, something more sure. "Besties?" she echoed as if testing out the word like a new flavor of Bertie Bott's beans-except this one was most definitely sweet. "I would really like that." Small nod of thanks. "Perfect. You won't get rid of me now," she added playfully.

She looked out the window as if the train were crawling toward a destination that was somehow darker, wilder than the rolling hills-the landscape of their new adventure. She paused," I know what you mean," she confessed. "I thought there were going to be a lot of other people, too, but maybe this is better? We really got to know each other." She absently brushed her fingers over the edge of her robe, then turned toward Rachel with a hope-filled look. "But you're right. After the Sorting, we'll have a whole castle of people to meet! Maybe even some who love mythical creatures just as much as we do."

More excitement flickers deep within her, but still mostly overshadowed with nerves still settling in the pit of her stomach. The moment the train slowed, an excited rush stirred within her. "And we still have the boat ride to the castle," she added, her eyes shining bright with exuberance over the idea. "Can you believe we're going to see Hogwarts like that? Through the water, just like all the stories." This just left her a bit wonderstruck and full of anticipation.

"I just hope we get sorted into the same house," she nudged Rachel lightly. "But even if we don't… besties stick together, right?"

Rachel looked out the window hoping to see a glimpse of the castle from a distance, to no avail, before looking back at Adaryn.

"Absolutely. We will just have to have a meet up spot or something." Blank chuckled. "But.. Ive never been on a boat before either. I dont get out much. Bit affraid the boats gonna sink- that would be my luck." She joked as she continued eating the lollypop.

"Not to mention i heard rumors of carts pulling themselves, but that cant be true can they? I mean **something** has to pull it. But no one ever talks about it." She rambled on.

"Do you think the Castle is really haunted? Like horror movies? Ive never seen a real ghost before.." Rachel said a bit nervous but still excited.

Adaryn's pupils brightened as through the sense of understanding and excitement-that light. "Oh yes, that is it! I have never actually been on a boat like that. But I've heard about it becoming enchanted in such a way that it will never sink and all you have to do is go on it alone! That's pretty cool, right?" By beaming her warm smile towards Rachel, she tried pretty much. "We will be all fine at that. And if anything bad happens, we shall stick together. Besties, isn't it?"

As she leaned over a bit, her voice turned playful and conspiratorial. "And the carts for the older ones?Well, I heard they do move by themselves. My mother told me they were enchanted, but she went mum when I asked how. So, there must be some mystery behind it? Maybe we can solve it next year!"

Adaryn's face fell contemplative for just a second, when for once their topic was about ghosts. "Oh! I think so! Because there are whole lots of stories about Hogwarts, and I've read about the house ghosts and Peeves the poltergeist. They say Nearly Headless Nick is very friendly. But... I suppose it depends on the ghost, right?" She turned towards the window as her thoughts raced. "I think it could be a little spooky, but most of all magical. Can't wait to see for myself."

She reached over and held tightly onto Rachel's hand. "'We can handle this. And whatever happens, we face together."

OOC: I say we wrap it up there. Maybe we can get a group together to do a Sorting Ceremony rp. But i def like rping with you and this was fun. If u have any ideas for a rp lmk!!
