xxxIf this cabin theme was chosen, people would instead find themselves hearing the gentle rolls of waves and the winds calmly blowing on a summer beach day. If they looked outside their own floor to ceiling window, they would see a clear coast of beach with a blue sky and white clouds. There would be palm trees with coconuts and if the inhabitants of the cabin looked very carefully, they would see many coastline creatures such as crabs, seagulls, and more. This beach would be based on the Caribbean side of South America. The sun would set and cause a golden haze through the clear windows creating a calming atmosphere that would be perfect to take a nap. The bedroom would have a sliding window of its own, although for all intents and purposes one could not actually step outside into the beach, though it would look very realistic. A view of a grove of palm trees would be visible and a thatch roof cottage would be to the side to create a sense of realism. The curtains would be long and flowy, cream coloured, and could be used to cover the windows if the inhabitants wanted to go to sleep early or take a nap. The floors would be wooden, a light tan colour. The view of the beach would be visible from every bed, although from different angles. If they looked up, they would see a rustic beamed ceiling, reminiscent of a wooden cabin. In the living room area, there would be small potted palm trees and ferns, native to the beach, and people could find seating in two white couches with turquoise pillows and blankets. There would be a large dining table for students to study and hang out but also a round coffee table to be used as well. It would be a truly clean and modern living room the inhabitants would spend their time in. And like the previous theme, if students and others found themselves bored, there would be a bookcase filled with as one can guess, books of any kind. Like the previous cabin, this cabin would also have candles for light but in the shape of a palm tree.

Linda was excited when she heard about opportunity to go to Beauxbatons for a week. She could meet Quentin and see his school. So she started to prepare herself. Linda didn't want to take a lot with her. Just some clothes, wand, some notebooks as they still would be studying.
As the time came closer to the travelling, Linda put on her clothes and came closer to other people from Hogwarts and professor who was traveling with them. After some time they arrived at Beauxbatons and Linda couldn't stop her enthusiasm.
It was a great view. The school even had gardens and she knew she absolutely had to look at it later. For now it was time to get to a cabin where she would be staying whole week. She knew her bestie will be there with her, but she didn't know who else was there.
Entering the cabin, Linda stopped in surprise. It looked amazing: the colors, the beach view, everything. It was definitely a great place to spend whole week at. She moved to one of the beds, getting her bags set and preparing to look around the cabin more.
She was wondering how this week will pass. Her bestie, potentially new friends and Quentin. Surely it would be rather wondefull time, right?
Now when she no longer was holding things, Linda started to look around the cabin. She liked the form of the candles. What also made her happy is that there was no pink or red here. She guessed there would be plenty of that at the events and noticed some decorations around the school. But at least in the cabin it was nowhere to find.
Her thoughts were disturbed by someone opening the door and she looked to see who was it.

Kokoro no Kakurega
Just as most of Sabrina's Hogwarts related adventures, this one has started with a sign-up form. Or rather a pink hearts decorated poster acting as an invitation to visit Beauxbatons, the french school of magic. That was an opportinity one, especilly this grey-eyed Ravenclaw, couldn't just pass up.
Her shoulder bag packed to a point where even one handkerchief would cause its explosion - her trunk was too big and she didn't think to bring a duffle bag, a mistake she will be sure not to make next year - and with her parents' encouriging permission, she was ready to take on France.
The castel, prestine and monumental, was situated in high rocky mountains. Despite it's size and white exterier, it almost seemed to blend with the environment, no magic needed. It was breathtaking. Of course, as the journey lined up with Valentine's there were various mostly redish decorations, lending the castle a further romantic atmosphere.
A sense of déjà vu rushed over her as she watched her surroundings in complete awe, similiarly of when she first saw Hogwarts. Her steps lead her to where the cabins stood, finding the one assigned to her. Pushing the doors open, she was met with an interior of a sun filled beach house. Popping her head back out to confirm that, yes, the mountains stood undisturbed, a smile found it's way onto her face. Leaving the reality behind, she stepped inside the fantasy undeniably skilled wizards crafted, closing the door behind her.
Before she got the chance to explore the space, she noticed an older looking girl. Brie's eyes immediately flickered to her unnaturaly red colored hair, which she found really cool. "Hi!" she greeted happily while making her way over to the girl, dropping her bag down next to one of the sofas, "My name is Sabrina, Sabrina Lyons, Brie for short. It's so nice to meet you," she said, offering the girl a handshake.
She probably would've said more, if it weren’t for the sound of the front doors opening again.

Lottie hadn't wanted to come. If she had had a say she would still be in her dorm back in the Scottish highlands. She would have been curled up with a blanket and probably be drawing something or writing in her diary. But, against her better judgment, Lottie was now in France.
Even though she was only going to be a week here, Lottie felt like it was a lifetime, so she had packed as if it were. Her trunk was jammed as full as possible with shirts, pants, a skirt, a nice outfit (in case there was something formal) and her school uniform. As well as just about every other item of clothing and toiletries she owned at school.
Hogwarts was big enough and scary enough for the young Ravenclaw and adding in another school with people who spoke a completely different language and who she didn't know was terrifying. her mother had begged her to go because it would be a great way to make new friends, something Lottie had failed to do at her own school so far.
Her father had been neutral on the topic, claiming that if his daughter wanted to go to France she could, but if going without her family was too scary then they could wait until the summer and go on the muggle version. Her sisters had been the ones to really convince her, Katie had said that she would never talk to Lottie again if Lottie passed up the chance to go on this trip. And Olivia said that she would be very disappointed, and the thought of disappointing her sister was too much to handle so she gave in and signed up to go.
Lottie had been silent the entire trip, working her way slowly through a Brain Games book her father had sent her.
She she entered the cabin where she would be staying for the next week, Lottie stopped. It was beautiful, more than beautiful.
She failed to notice the other two people who were already in the Cabin and instead only stared at the room around her. her eyes were wide and her expression one of curiosity, her shyness was completely forgotten as she looked at the room.
"Woah. This. Is. So. Pretty." She said as she dropped her trunk on a a bed.
maybe this wouldn't be so bad after all.

The second year student was thrilled at the perspective of meeting a whole new bunch of students. And even more so when he heard that his friend Lucy would be coming as well. He had planned to take her around the castle, make her visit every room and every hall - Beauxbâtons was a splendid sight!
When the French boy heard that the foreign students would stay in a bunch of themed cabins on the school grounds, his curiosity perked up. These temporary accommodations seemed much more interesting than the Beauxbâtons students' usual dormitories. Therefore, despite being a student from the hosting school, he signed up together with his Ilvermorny friend Lucy for a cabin.
Clément didn't bring too many things with him - after all, if he lacked anything, he always had the possibility to fetch things in his original dormitory. When the boy stepped into the beach themed cabin assigned to him, he was far from regretting his choice of leaving his original dorm.
Three students were already in the said cabin. The first thing Clément noticed was that they all were girls, and that they seemed to come from Hogwarts. Lucy was not here yet.
" 'Ello!" he greeted them in his thick French accent along with a joyful smile, " 'Ow how do you like France so far?"⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤

Inside, the cabin was themed like the beach, with flowing curtains and white couches. She could swear she could hear the beach in the background, and it made her feel super relaxed. As she looked around, she saw Clément and nearly let out a shout of happiness. She settled with waving at him happily.
"Salut Clément! I'm so glad to be here!" She told him, her grin ever widening. There were a few other girls in the cabin, so she waved to them as well. "Hello everyone! Nice to meet you all." Remarkably, her shyness did not seem to be coming into account. Clément was keeping her from being shy, she supposed.
Lucy hoisted her stuff a little higher, then walked over to the bedroom area. Since she wasn't quite sure how they were going to do beds, she just plopped her stuff in the middle of the room. She wanted to make sure everyone had an equal chance to get a bed, but she wasn't sure if she was brave enough to actually talk to everyone about it. Okay Lucy, let's do this. Conversations, here I come! She took a deep breath. "How exactly are we going to do the bed set up? I'm not sure if dibs is fair, but I don't really mind either way."
