` Why must you embarrass me Mother? `

| Klaus Grey |
| date: Sept. 1st |
Klaus looked down at his sneakers, his newly bought wand stuck in his Jean pocket.Though excited, Klaus was naturally frightened of this new school he was going to. It was miles away and he had to be there all year. Klaus's mother, Evelyn Grey bent down and kissed his forehead, her stringy brunette hair falling in her face.
"Oh Klaus..." she started, Klaus tensed his shoulders as she wrapped her arms around him. "I'll miss you...."
"Oh Klaus..." she started, Klaus tensed his shoulders as she wrapped her arms around him. "I'll miss you...."
The witch looked as if she was about to start sobbing...in public...
Klaus patted her back soothingly, "I'll be fine mum..! he reassured, his voice soft.
Finally, Klaus peeled her off of him and he gripped the handle of his trunk, and walked off to the train
As he walked, he kept his eyes down and only looked around with the corners of his eyes. He did NOT want to catch the gaze of the wrong person in here. Like for example... a pureblood family. Yes, his mother had warned him about the commonly snotty-nosed individuals and how they wouldn't blink an eye to the wrongness of picking on a half-blood.
Which is what Klaus was.
He turned his head and saw as his mother waved at him, blinking tears out of her eyes. He couldn't help but wonder why this had gotten her so worked up! He was only going to be gone until Christmas.. he'd be fine. uh.. wouldn't he?
A tinge of anxiety creeped up his spine and buried itself into his skin as a wave of horrible thoughts clouded his brain. What if?...
What if.
He stepped onto the train, casting a final wave at his mother, before walking down the hall and picking a compartment.
