I’m laying in bed with my youngest brother talking about school, and I teased him about wanting to be ‘muscular’ for the ladies and he claims to want an 1000 pack (instead of a 6/8 pack).

Now he’s doing crunches and planks in my bed and asking if doing a plank for 150 seconds would give him a 10 pack
