you guys can just put up an interest check in the rpg request thread/discord for a party, and then post something up in gryffindor if you get enough responses. for anything you're confused on being allowed, just ask mods. the only thing would be lack of mod posts or whatever, but there's nothing stopping anyone from just up and making anything, if that makes sense
