Despite many months having passed, Pax was still riding high on their win against Hufflepuff. It had been a long game - one of their longest if anything - but they had won in the end, and they were immensely proud of their team.

This game would be tougher, however. Ravenclaw were quite the powerhouse team, so they'd have to work extremely hard to clutch the win. Broom in hand, they gathered everyone together for the final huddle.

"Ok team," they began. "Yes, this might be a tough match, but I know that we can do this. We've all been training incredibly hard, and we all know what we're doing. It's time to prove that our team confidence isn't misplaced - we know that we're the best, and we're gonna prove it to those birds."

Letting Ethan make any final remarks, they smiled and turned back to the team. "LET'S GO LIONS!"

Clutching their broom, they took to the sky with a grin on their face. They were going to win this one. They could feel it.

Meyra supposed that she should be feeling nervous, it was her first official game after all, even if it was not her first time on the Quidditch Pitch. But her self-confidence somehow suppressed all the distressful feelings away. After the trainings, and the last game, she had total trust in their teammates. Of course, her faith didn't blind her completely to the point she had no respect for the other team's capacities. No, she knew the challenge wouldn't be easy against a team with as much experience as Ravenclaw.

At Pax's call, the young Gryffindor gathered around her captain and teammates. Zhang's words only served to further inflame her belief in the crimson and gold lions. After watching her team fly towards their hopeful victory, Mey put her silver arrow down, leaning on the bench, while she stood on her feet, arms crossed and ready to cheer for her team.

It was a very unexpected sight to see the view of your first ever Quidditch game from a bench, since Andy was the back up keeper, and really, then team captain did the right choice to bench him, since he was not that great, since he started Quidditch WEEKS ago. But, Andy got the basics down, dive left, dive right, catch, throw, he knew some stuff. Andy shivered as the Febaury wind blew in his face, the game started, and playing against the lions will not be easy. He observed how the starting keeper moved; swift moves, not do dramatic, exactly what Andy needs. While Andy observed, he poured himself a cup of tea from his thermos.

Avis could hardly keep still as she sat on the bench waiting for her first official Quidditch match to begin. She’d just been added to the roster and the girl couldn’t be more excited. The reality of most likely riding the bench for every match was lingering in the back of her head but the first year couldn’t complain. She was apart of something, even if her role was rather small.

Admiring her new jersey for a few seconds, Avis glanced up at the stands, searching for the spot she and her best friend Maisie usually sat to watch games. She grinned when she spotted the girl and the homemade sign she was holding up with excited vigor. Avis wished for a moment that her friend was down here rather than up there, seeing as she was brand new to the team and didn’t exactly know anyone well even with a few team practices under her belt, but the Ravenclaw consoled herself, knowing she had the rest of the season and hopefully the years to come to make some friends.

She turned back towards the pitch, waiting for the captain to call the team together and for the game to begin.

It was officially the second game of Charlie’s third year, and she was hoping to come out on top against Gryffindor. In their last game Ravenclaw had lost to Slytherin, which had been rough. Charlie wanted a win for the year, knowing it would help the team and the multiple new players they had gotten since their last game.

Mounting her broom before the game and taking off with the test of her team was one of her favorite parts. She loved spending time with the older members of the team and the adrenaline she felt would never get old.

Quinn could barely wait for the game to start. Quidditch was so much fun and she hadn't done much as a second year. As the second half of the year began she had waited, hoping to see a quidditch match coming soon. She had missed quidditch so much and had been a little bored without it. Quinn grabbed her broom and smiled, she knew that it was going to be a good game.

It was the perfect weather; a gloomy grey with wisps of wind here and there, making Ebony's robes occasionally flare out behind her. Despite the sky packed with clouds, not a drop of rain was to be seen. Spirits lifted by the perfect weather, she smiled in anticipation for the thrilling match that was to proceed.

Holding her broom casually and launching into the air, Ebony allowed herself to relish in the freeing sensation of flying before tightening her grip and focusing. She could only hope that this match would be as perfect as the weather.
