History/Background Story: Swan Mapleleaf was born to a family of humble wizards. She is the youngest of three sisters. With blond hair and grey eyes, she was quite pretty for her age. She was always kind to animals, and gave money to charity. Having dreamed of attending Hogwarts, she wrote stories about life in the plain city. But one day, when she was 6 years old, she accidentally lifted a vase without using her hands. Her parents knew she had magic, just like her two older sisters. They were also glad since their family was full of wizards! When she was 7, her family bought a book about the History of Magic, which was always her favorite subject. Her mother works at the local bakery, always bringing her daughters some cakes whenever she had spare time. Her father was a carpenter, the handyman of the family, though sometimes he would use magic instead. Her family would often give her quizzes about the History of Magic, which she performed surprisingly well for her age. But tragedy struck the family when her father was struck by a mysterious illness. The doctors could not diagnose it. He died when Swan was 9 years old. After a few days of grieving, the family moved on from the tragic event. The money was still being earned steadily. Her sisters, already in Hogwarts by that time, would send owls describing what it was like in Hogwarts. Now, Swan is 11 years old, and ready to start her adventure in Hogwarts.
