School's good so far. The subjects we've studied have been interesting to say the least. I'm working quite hard, and I'm sure my marks will be quite good. I nearly puked on my first day in Flying class - yes, you read that right. Flying class. History of Magic is almost as boring as muggle history class, but the book sprinkles enough magic in there to make it interesting.
I also found a photo of mum, in the trophy room. Turns out she played a sport called 'quidditch.' I don't see what you saw in her. She has a very unlikable face and the way she carries herself makes my skin crawl.
Anyway, I just wanted to write you because I promised to, but I'll write more when I have more to write about. I love you.Claire

I'm so sorry I haven't written you two in a bit. Things have been a bit explosive overwhelming lately. I hope things are all right back home. I've missed you both so much, especially lately. I keep thinking about Hallowe'en coming up, and how we won't be able to watch movies together and eat sweets like we usually do, but at least I get to come home for Christmas.
I've been thinking of joining a sports team. Something like football or something. My mum played back when she attended, so I sort of need to. I know it's dumb.
Anyway, write back soon, both of you. I love you both so very much.
