Care to stay?

The ceiling was almost engraved into her mind if she closed her eyes and concentrated it could appear in her mind clear and identical, how long had she been looking at the ceiling?
Kora hadn't planned to fall down the stairs and yet she had breaking her arm, a girl had found her and had taken her to the hospital wing how nice.
Since then Kora had been laying in the hospital wing the nurse fixing her bone and instructing her to rest and so far that is what she has done boring and lonely resting. However it wasn't all bad all this resting did mean that Kora could spend more time reading you could call this a little win. Kora was good at ignoring the pian that was in her arm though she regretted not wanting something to ease the pain a little.
The sun shone through the window next to the bed Kora was laying in, it was around midmorning and the book she had been reading was on the side table seemingly untouched for some hours. Kora reached for her bag, the contacts she had been wearing from yesterday and dried out lucky she had a spear. After a few moments of searching in the depths of her bag she found them and started the task of putting them in.

Care to stay?
Genuinely caring about someone was almost the last thing Elisa had thought she'd do when she returned from the winter holidays, her mind was more of a mess than usual, her concentration in classes lacking while her involvement in social activities didn't seem to be going well either, but when the live scene of the some first year falling from the stairs played infront of her, the small sense of care she had for others took control of her as she made the girl float with a simple Wingardium Leviosa and took her to the Hospital Wing, Elisa did remained that day for a couple of minutes till the nurse arrived after which left, without looking back, she thought she had no intention of returning.@Kora Elliot
Elisa groaned as she walked towards the Hospital Wing, the very next day, she had sworn to not be much solicitous of the welfares of others but something in her mind kept on bugging her to go check on the first year, with a scoff of disbelief on her current actions, the young slytherin slowly opened the door, an usual emotionless expression plastered across her face as she walked towards the girl, the underclassman looked fine to her? carelessly putting on something in her eyes as if she had no worry in the world, Elisa finally stood infront of her and spoke "I assume you are fine now? Perhaps I wasted my time coming here to check up on you?", she knew her words might've come of rude but it was not like she planned on making anymore friends..

Care to stay?
The sudden voice of someone startled Kora right as she was putting in her contact making her poke her eye, she sucked in a breath and looked up trying to stop her eye watering. Once her eye had stopped watering she turned to the girl standing a few feet away from the bed she sat in.
“Oh it’s you”
Dumb thing to say to the person that had gotten you to the hospital wing but it was a surprise to see her here. Kora sat up crossing her legs and looked at the girl a curious expression on her face.
“The nurse said I could leave this evening so I suppose I’m alright and thank you for you know helping me here and after I fell down the stairs”
She offered the girl a small smile trying to seem friendly and welcoming not that the girl looked like she wanted to stay or even be here. The room fell into a quiet sort of strained silence that made her impulsively tug at her short hair, it had only been a few days since she dyed it and she kept forgetting how short it was now.
“You don’t have to stay if you don’t want to”
It was true the girl didn’t need to stay or even come at all it had made Kora quite surprised that anyone had come to see her let alone a girl she knew nothing about.
